I had to start renting one of their PO BOXES last year & slowly getting to know the staff. These ladies and gentlemen work VERY hard every day in this busy shop! I give them a lot of credit, taking care of so many different types of business needs that crowds of customers come in with, and still managing to keep the wait times pretty low.
They could probably use a better system with incoming packages, as they very often struggle to find mine, but I really can’t blame them. Trying to organize customer packages in such a small space seems like a logistical nightmare, but they make it work somehow.
As for *sending* packages and Amazon returns: Chef’s kiss!!! Couldn’t be simpler!!

The owner and employees here are just so great! Always helpful, always informative and ready to solve any problem. I got my mailbox here because the US Post Office has such short hours, and these guys are open 7 days a week! They are always there during their stated hours which is rare in this area!No one is ever grumpy (at least it doesn’t show) and they strike the perfect balance between professionalism and personal attention. I really recommend this UPS store to anyone!

They keep losing our mail. It's very frustrating they also give us the wrong mail. We pay for a mailbox here and it's hit or miss wether we get our packages and mail. I've had some very important items tracked saying delivered and yet we never got any of it. Then they hand us packages that belong to another mailbox.

As automation reduces personal service in so many 'service' professions, the Lihue UPS store offered professional human help. Organizing multiple documents from a flash drive to notarized copies ready to send, went from being a monumental task to a pleasant 15 minutes in a very positive environment. A great place to get copies, scans, fax, ship packages and do Amazon Returns. Notary for the most affordable price anywhere. Convenient location to have a post office box. Computer access and services are available as well.It’s Da One Stop Shop On Island. Fun social environment and a friendly team spirit at work.

i am always so happy to visit the ups store :) i have had a mail box here for about three years and receive many packages with no issues whatsoever :) the people are very personable and remember small details about my preferences that uplift my day :) i once had a package that they couldn't find and the kind lady at the desk was so concerned that when i visited a week later she sincerely gave me an update that it wasn't lost (i already picked it up). i was so surprised she remembered :) i can be shy and some of my most enjoyable human interactions have been here, especially during covid : ) thank you!

Just want to give these people a shout out because they are always so nice to me and very helpful. I came here on 11/9 in the morning with a billion things to return from Amazon and they were so helpful. I really appreciate how nice they are here every time i come in!!
