We came in to the Kapaa storewithout an appointment or call. We were greeted ; and located the exterior and interior paint as well as the supplies we needed. We spent $230.00 ; we very pleased with our transaction and the customer service representative on March 23.

Looking for new color for the exterior of our home. Brock was extremely helpful in his suggestions. He prepared five sample quarts for me and we'll see how it goes. Hopefully we'll pick one of these or it's back for more samples.

I have been painting houses for about 40 years now as a homeowner. I recently bought a place on Kaua'i, and paint takes a real beating here with all the rain and strong sun we have. I needed four colors matched to do some touch up work. The staff were very efficient, knowledgeable, and really took their time to get the all the color matches just right.

On March 17th approximately 4 I was at 5.11 and I had to use the bathroom so being a kid I went to the nearest place I could find because 5:11 did not have a restroom. When I arrived at Sherman Williams I was immediately greeted by a man who is already helping another customer and asked me if I needed any help. I ask for the nearest bathroom and he said that the nearest bathroom was very far away so he allowed me to use the bathroom in the employee's bathroom. So I went into the bathroom to care of my business and then after I said Thank you and he said no problem anytime. It was nice to know that the man still respected kids even though they're younger that he's still greeted me and ask me if I needed help. I also think that it was very kind of him to allow me to use the bathroom in the employees bathroom. I just like to say thank you to the man whoever he was and I really appreciate not only him lay me use the bathroom there but also respecting me as a kid and green me and asked me if I needed help. I also think he deserves a promotion.

This is an excellent place for paint. I needed some outdoor enamel to touch up an outdoor table. They have the magic color matching machine, and took great care to match an unusual finish. Friendly staff and free coffee!

Yipee! There was a 40% off sale!!! Now I can buy more paint! So I knew what color and paint type I wanted from visiting another location earlier that week. With the 40% off sale going on, it felt great to be prepared to order since there were other customers in the store, and it takes time to select and help them. I was able to go directly to the counter, gave my paint info, order 4 gallons of assorted colors, and received my order in a jiffy! They are professional and knowledgeable, confirmed the paint type I was purchasing and explained some of the products he felt we may need.

Went to get 5 (or even 1) gallon of exterior semigloss bright white base and they did not have it. You have one job paint store.

Great experience just bought paint here. Waylen, Kia and another guy helped me forgot his name. I actually picked a random house I seen that I liked the color and they were able to look up that house and find me the exact colors haha!
