Rude, and dishonest staff. Went in to purchase stuff, and use the restroom. Lady said there was no restroom. Restroom was in the same place it was two days ago when the person in front of me used it. Website shows it has a restroom, but I guess today they don’t. Would understand if she had said it was out of service, but she said they didn’t have one.

Rude staff. Bought a carwash there, but they didn't tell me it was closed, so I came back to tell them - from that moment they behaved terribly. Been there 2/8/23.

I live in CA. Needed gas for my rental so I decided to go to a familiar name. This Shell gas station is no different than the ones in CA. Gas is just as expensive. Service was fine.

No public restroom and the fuel pumps are broken. Kind of pointless to stop here. I recommend the Texaco down the street.

If you charging for AIR, make sure gauge works and pump runs longer then 1 minute for 1.50$!!!

I like it...employees are awesome and on it. What I like about this gas station is the employees, snacks, and cleanliness. I rate the a "5" outta "10!"

Whoops bad news. Filled up from quarter tank on lowest octane. Had to return rental this morning. Complaint: water in the gas. It seems this locations "in ground tanks" aren't sealed right. Barely made it home from Poipu last night. Known problem for this station at rental company.
