False advertising. I used to go here for the premade breakfast burritos with egg sausage and potato and liked them. Now they have on screen above hot bar area that you can order them fresh made since none are premade a longer. There is never anyone there that will make them for you. So the signs should be removed.

Occasionally has a good deal but most of the store is overpriced. Got worse once Foodland closed. Store definitely caters to the rich haoles taking over the island. Would rather shop at Costco or Big Save or WalMart or Target or just eat rice and starve.

Safeway for a tourist is okay. Decent food selection, and far cheaper than the local coconut market. It is cheaper than eating out.

We were staying at the Sheraton nearby and came here to get groceries for our stay. Although we knew that things in Hawaii would be more expensive than what we were surprised to find some good deals and got what we needed.

So COLD IN SAFEWAY.
You lost me as a customer simply because I was beyond miserable every time I went in there. It’s so freezing cold in there all the time that is makes it unbearable to shop. I don’t want to dress up in winter clothes every time I need to get something from Safeway. I also heard other customers complaining about how cold it is.
I’ll take my business somewhere else where I’m not freezing when I shop.
Their selection of food and organic options is good.

Hire enough staff to manage your store. 30+ people waiting in line causes anxiety for everyone. Stop putting profits over your employees and your customers.

No bathroom, wifi does not work, no service in store, everything is too expensive. You might as well go to Walmart. Very disappointed in this store.

I recently put in an order for drive up and go. It was ready right on time, the packer, Trevor S, was very kind and did a perfect job. I got everything I ordered exactly. So convenient and I didn't have to go into the store and freeze!
