This review is for a Dodge Grand Caravan, Gate window.
price was about the same with other competitors.
I went with Pacific Windshields because when I called that morning, they had my part, and they came to my property the same day at noon.
Got my window replaced quickly, Two guys showed up in a Van, there was nice communication.
They stayed extra longer then expected when the gate door lock stoped working and they did their best to fix it.
Jay, was very helpful on the phone when it came to insurance claims. Under all my frustration, he was kind to guide me and got everything going for me, even after I gave up on my insurance claim, He called for me and showed his experience dealing with the claim agents.
That is why I give them 5 starts
For Good communication, same day installation and willing to work with you.

The windshield of my 2004 4runner was destroyed by a mango. I called Pacific Windshields and they came up to my house and fixed it in my carport. I was at work, when I got home I noticed there was a blemish in the windshield. I called them and brought it back in. They tried to buff it out but realized it was a defect in the glass so they replaced my windshield with a new one on the spot. I was a little nervous they weren't going to make it right, but they did. They use aftermarket glass as everyone does but were willing to order OEM if I wanted. I used my insurance and it went really smooth. The outside of the building is a little sketchy-looking but don't be fooled, the service was great! I would use them again if needed.

They made replacing my windshield very easy. We made an appointment a couple days later and Joe & Zac showed up and quickly replaced it in my carport. They were less expensive than the other companies and quickly took care of it in a friendly and professional manner. I would use them again and highly recommend their service. Mahalo!

I have an older car with rust all around the windshield. The other windshield place wouldn't touch it but these guys came to my house and took care of the job so I can get it safety inspected and registered. Their price is fair and they showed up when they said they would.

This was my second time needing a windshield repair and they will be the call I make every time I need a repair. They were very helpful and on time and willing to even do something they don’t normally do . They make sure the job is done fast and done well. This time around it wasn’t as simple as pulling the broken windshield they would normally expect and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done properly and took the time to fix things they really shouldn’t have to because it’s not their job but they did it for me anyways. Very pleased with the 2 guys that came out and did the job for me. Mahalo for your patience and thank you for your services. Much appreciated. Zach and Joe were very professional, quick, kind, and did a great job changing my windshield! It was great they came to where my vehicle was in the comfort of my place. Horrible service & communication. I was referred by my insurance company so I didn't have much of a choice. It was difficult contacting and scheduling a drive out but finally got it done. They ended up scratching my paint on both sides of windshield. Had to pay an additional deductible and hassle to go through my insurance. Then it took them over two weeks with multiple attempts to get a paid receipt so I can get reimbursed by my insurance. Horrible quality, horrible service!

If you want generic/cheap this is the place to go. If you have a luxury vehicle I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere (ace auto glass is great). Now I know why they were so cheap compared to other businesses, Never again.
