I got a pairs of shoes there. They broke in less the 3 months. I don’t have the receipt and they can’t check on their system when I purchased the Keen shoes, how others store do with my credit card. Definitely I’m not going back there.Mahalo.

This lady should stay home. My kids and I walked in to buy some birks and we were greeted by a double masked woman with an outstretched arm and an open hand gesturing “STOP”. Uhhh huh? “MAX SHOPPERS 5” Wha..? I replied “we have a family of 6, would you like us to leave?” She said definitively “YES.” Ok, goodbye forever. I hope you don’t ever catch whatever it is that is scaring you.

Highly recommend this store! I left my hat at restaurant next to it and Tess and Gussie took their time to help me find it. They were even willing to bring it to Big Island where I was planning to travel as they also plan to be at. And said they can ship it to mainland as well. When store staffs are this much willing to help someone taking it to the next level(I wasn’t even their customer), it shows their level of customer service is superb and genuine. You should at least visit and talk to them for what you need. I’m confident that you will find more than what you expect :)

This store was next to the place we were having brunch and decided to swing by and look at what they had while waiting for a table. They had a large assortment of all different types shoes, Sandals, flip-flops, boots, and more.Claire was the lady who helped us out and she was amazing, very friendly and told us where all the good places to eat and check out are in the area! She was great at helping my fiancé find the right style of chaco shoes too!

The lady who helped me was very helpful and informative. She made sure that I had the pair that best fit me and my feet and recommended a great pair. I'm assuming a lot of people shop there since some sizes were out of stock, but overall the service was great nonetheless and I'm very happy with the shoes I got. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

shoe selection is good but giving it 5 stars bc of the extensive kooringal hat choices. rarely can you try on so many of their styles in-person. mahalo for the hat!

Got talked into buying a pair of Tevas because my Chacos give me a friction blister from a bare strap while the Tevas have smooth curved rubber(?) -well the Tevas were worse.I got a blister from those within 20 mins of hiking.We returned to the store to ask for help:Maybe I adjusted it wrong. Nope, she offered no help whereas her helpfulness abounded earlier when we were spending money.Ok, so how about in-store credit? Nope. No returns or exchanges of used shoes.This brings us to the conclusion: This isn’t REI. It’s a little tourist shop.Don’t buy expensive, important gear from places with bad return policies.

Updated:Purchased boots with a giftcard and then was texted the next day that the giftcard wasnt acceptable at her store and we needed to come back be charged. And then called for credit information over the phone.That's horrible customer service. Do your diligence before accepting a payment.

Excellent customer service! After finding a pair of Birkenstocks I loved in Hanalei, they didn't have my size. So I called Naturally Birkenstock and spoke to Claire, who confirmed that they had the size I wanted. She was kind enough to put them on hold for me so I could come pick them up that afternoon. Once I got there, the checkout process was quick and she was so nice! I definitely recommend supporting this business as I would come here again the next time I am in town for new sandals! Also, the shoes I wanted were $15 less than the other store that I originally found them at!
