Naturally Birkenstock / Red Wing Boots is a store with a good shoe selection, including a large assortment of all different types of shoes, sandals, flip-flops, and boots. The staff is so darn friendly, helpful, and informative. They provide superb and genuine customer service, willing to help to the next level. They are amazing, very friendly, and great at helping customers find the right style and the pair that best fits. The store also has an extensive Kooringal hat selection, where you can try on many styles in-person. Overall, the service is great and customers are confident they will find more than what they expect. It is a place to go for comfy shoes and is definitely recommended.
Just bought a pair of Birks here today. The sales associate was fast, friendly and helpful. They had a huge selection of different styles and I was in and out in a snap (which I really appreciated as I didn’t want to spend a lot of time inside a store). If you’re looking for sandals, this is it.
