As a lifelong shade tree mechanic myself I am always very skeptical of anyone touching my cars or motorcycles. I have to say....Manny is the most experienced automotive professional that I know. I have been a customer for several years now ,and he is a rare gem....honest and knowledgeable. He has a lifetime of accumulated knowledge and experoence....and Gary is another lifelong master tech and engine builder. Between the two of them...there's nothing they cannot do. Trust me....it's Manny or nobody as far as I'm concerned. Period. If he can do it...he will....and it will be done RIGHT....the first time!

Great place to safety check your car. They are open until 6 pm. The inspector is an old timer who has always been a straight shooter. Be patient & wear your thick skin when you go to this place. If you don't know where your controls are you will hear about it. Also roll down your windows so you can hear the inspectors instructions. Well worth the $26.00 price.

I use to BUT when my mom went in for simple repair she questioned the "REALLY high Price ". He just told her then take it somewhere else! You don't treat an 80yr like this. For that matter Don treat ANYONE like that

Catalytic converter went out in my car, Manny found a way to squeeze me in, do the repair and get me back on the road quickly, despite the fact that he had numerous jobs he was in the middle of. He tells it straight and gets it done. He's like anyone that's been doing what he does for years, he doesn't put up with peoples BS but don't take it personally. Hard to reach by phone, generally picks up more in the late afternoon.

Just tried to show proof of insurance with the state farm app.. he denied giving me a safety check. I couldn't get physical card because I has JUST paid my bill the day before. Hawaii State just passed bill that they must accept proof by mobile.
I know you're old school man, I get it. I wonder how many people you turned away.

I have been using Manny's repair for years. Manny and Gary are always friendly and professional. Easy process for safety checks. . Make sure you have necessary paper work and know how to operate your vehicle. I never understood the negative reviews here. I have never had a bad experience.
