While on a trip with my family to Kauai, one of the beaches on the north shore wrestled me out of my wedding band of 25 years. My wife had a brilliant idea to get island rings and that would serve as my wedding band replacement. We were leaving in a couple of days and it was a holiday weekend when I reached out to Goldsmiths. They were closed but responded anyways and were sympathetic to our story and opened up for us to come in and select new bands. They elevated our already amazing vacation to new heights. Thank you so much Reid and family, we will never forget your kindness. Mahalo!

Absolutely thrilled with my diamond ring repair! I needed a size change and had them add shoulders to make my solitaire more secure. It looks fabulous!Will definitely be in contact with them to have more repairs on other jewelry.

We brought in my wifes wedding ring for a repair of which we thought was just a missing Diamond chip after dropping it off they detrimned that it needed the prongs that held the main Diamond and surronding chips needed to be tightned as well ,they had it done within a couple of hr.s ,we were very happy with workmanship and how it was done the same day and cost of the repair .Thank you again for a very Professional job well done

In February while visit Kauai, I was looking for a thumb ring and could not find one without purchasing a mans ring. My husband spotted the sign for Goldsmiths Kauai and pulled in to see if they had what I was looking for. They did not have one in the style or size I needed. Instead, they custom made one after I described what I was looking for. They went above and beyond my expectations and I'm in awe of how my ring turned out!! Mahalo

This turtle pendant was custom made at Goldsmith’s Jewelry. It contains some remains of my identical twin sister. It was made perfectly with every consideration for the difficult time I was going through. The young family owners are so considerate and helpful. Reid and his team were amazing. For years my mother and grandmother wedding ring sat in my jewelry box needing to be repaired. Finally I took them into Goldsmiths Kauai and had a consultation. Their professional manner and expertise gave me confidence they would treat my pieces like the heirlooms they are. I left my precious pieces in their capable hands. Through out the process they kept me updated on progress. As questions came up they were quick to contact me on their recommendations and to get my input on what would be best ascetically without compromising the integrity of the ring. As a result they both came out BEAUTIFULLY. The craftsmanship to replace a broken symmetrical piece was indistinguishable from the original. I would love to recommend them for any repairs and updates.

I have done business with Goldsmiths Kauai for 30+ years and have several beautiful pieces of jewelry from them. This time I asked for bails to be attached to some pins so they could be hung from chains. They did lovely, timely and reasonably priced work. I will continue to due business with them.
