Recent reviews criticized the bank but that was probably just an entitled person more focused on themselves than appreciating the fact that you can conduct business on a tiny island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. “The security guard (who just recently shaved his head) is an amazing welcoming committee. He says good morning to everyone who walks in the door as well as makes sure that everyone knows where to go. If someone is waiting for a long time, he checks in with them. Makes sure that everyone is well and being taken care of. This really changes the bank experience. Seriously amazing.”

“Aloha, Have always had really great customer service at this location and Kapaa. Just finished paying off a vehicle loan with the bank. The tellers were so accommodating every time giving me my balances on loan due. The tellers obligingly made principle payments for me and balance updates as well. I drive in from the north shore, so definitely value good customer service for banking. The tellers are patient and friendly at both Kapaa and Lihue branches. Even congratulated me on paying off my auto loan recently. I have a bank acct for 27 years w a diff bank in Hawaii for my checking. A L O H A and Mahalo nui”
