Everytime I've been in there the employees are super nice and helpful! I'm use to going into auto stores and associates treating me like a know nothing but that's definitely not an issue I've run into here. Would recommend to other mechanically inclined females, or others in general

Brandon and Taylor absolutely made our day! We cannot even express our gratitude enough! As we had a problem with our Turo car, we wanted to get help with this issue. Even though they normally don’t even do repairs, they have been so helpful, walked to the car with us, did not only assess the problem but also fix it and made another additional check on our car. That was not it. Later on when we were there again to bring them “thank you chocolate” Brandon checked on us again and helped us with with so many additional things. We cannot thank you guys enough. I wish there would be more people like you! We appreciate your kind souls!

Employee was super helpful & very patient at the NEW Kapa’a store, but I had to go back home for the owner’s manual because I haven’t driven this old BMW convertible for a few years & I didn’t even know what kind of oil it needed, much less the more obscure stuff. Came back at maybe just after 8 pm — a special trip to town — with all the info, but the store was CLOSED! The store verified its hours on Google as closing at 9 PM. You can’t close a store early just because it’s a Saturday night!Next day. Employee smoking outside store sees me park, maybe noted my handicap placard as I drive slowly by him, just wanting to park at the curb & avoid the walk from the back parking lot. But I park back there, reply to ONE text and walk to the door to find they’ve ClOSED! It’s 8:20! The store closes at 9:00! I knock knock knock on glass door! Neither employee even looks up.I called the Lihu’e store immediately. No answer. This is the definition of ANARCHY. In local terms, it’s whatevah. I no care.

I highly recommend the Auto Zone located in Kapaa, Hawaii. On Thursday last, when it was raining cats and dogs, the battery in my Jeep died. Traffic was backed up due to various reasons and it took me 45 minutes to drive from central Kapaa Town to Auto Zone down by McDonald's, but the staff at AutoZone made the trip well worthwhile. Brendan greeted me wtih a smile, had the battery I desperately needed and installed it for me in no time. Again, I highly recommend AutoZone in Kapaa Hawaii!!

Horrible service. An employee named "Colton" was rude, inappropriate, and completely unhelpful. He was trying to get me to buy parts I didn't actually need. I'm glad I didn't waste any money, but it was definitely a waste of time.

Just want to give a shout out regarding COLTON S. at the Auto Zone store on Kauai. Colton takes Customer Service to a whole new level from the moment you approach the Entry Door (if available, he goes over to open the door and greets you) all the way until you drive off after he has installed my new light bulbs and windshield wiper. He pleasantly and eagerly offered to provide the service and I was so happy to have him do it. Thank You Colton!!

I went into Kapaa AutoZone today to get a windshield wiper because the heavy rain is coming . Colton was amazing! He put my wipers on and he tested to find out what the light meant on my dash. It was low tire pressure so he filled all my tires for me! What awesome service . Mahalo nui loa Kapaa Auto Zone and Colton
