price was about the same with other competitors.
I went with Pacific Windshields because when I called that morning, they had my part, and they came to my property the same day at noon.
Got my window replaced quickly, Two guys showed up in a Van, there was nice communication.
They stayed extra longer then expected when the gate door lock stoped working and they did their best to fix it.
Jay, was very helpful on the phone when it came to insurance claims. Under all my frustration, he was kind to guide me and got everything going for me, even after I gave up on my insurance claim, He called for me and showed his experience dealing with the claim agents.
That is why I give them 5 starts
