Tim, the radio you installed in my 2008 tundra is malfunctioning. It doesn’t turn off when we exit the vehicle and the volume isn’t working anymore. Can’t turn it up or down. We have to pull the battery every time we leave the truck just so the radio doesn’t drain the power. Need this fixed asap.Also, your worker who answers your phone, is a real piece of work. He is very rude and annoying. I called today to inform you of this issue and he answered and was very rude. I reminded him that he’s in the customer service business and he needs to shape up. Its not good for your sales. Talk to him. Please call me I need my truck fixed. Thank you.

Had a man working here at 12:59pm I dont know the brothers name windward audio super helpful guy I came in for a 4 gauge ring connector and I couldn't afford something I am so happy to have met the guy but if a higher up is seeing this I think he deserves a raise Jesus loves you thank you for reading my comment

Came in on whim because I always pass by and Zade came right up to me and was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns. He spoke to me on equal footing and didn’t pressure or be overly aggressive. Great service and a great price. Quality customer service and a very friendly, local vibe. Definitely worth recommending and will also be a returning customer

This place has pretty much everything you could need or want as far as audio equipment and all the other electrical stuff like remote start, backup cameras, and so much more! Just talk to the owner! His prices are definitely fair and any issues with the install they will be right there to help. I got my kia soul a sub and amp with a double din, everything is just how I wanted it to be!

Brought my car in to install my speakers, 4 channel amp, and my equalizer. Got a call saying my 4 channel amp is broke. Channels 1 and 2 do not work which I found odd since it's a newer amp that I just bought a month ago and just 2 days before bringing it to them to install I had it in my truck that I traded in and everything was working fine. I told them to just still use the amp and I'll order another one and swap it out. I pick up my car and I got home and was curious as to why channels 1 and 2 weren't working. I took off the wires connected to channel 3 and 4 for my door speakers and hook it up to channels 1 and 2 and guess what it works. I have a feeling they were trying to rip me off and force me into buying an amp from them.

I was driving by Windward Audio and decided to stop by and see what they could do for my blown speakers. Not only did Tim and his team recommend the good quality speakers, they installed it right then and there. I was in and out within 30 min! Thanks guys!

Awesome guys. They didn’t try to over sell me, they made recommendations, and showed me exactly what I was looking for. the installation was quick, and the job they did was really clean with the way it looks. I am super happy with my new alarm and how awesome the service was. I’ll definitely be back for upgrades for my sound system.

Windward audio always provides the best customer service and the best products at a great rate. You can’t ask for more from a business. The owner Tim is very personable and always gives the best recommendations for what you need. For anything audio I wouldn’t go to any other place on the island!
