The guys were really helpful. My 2014 Ram had a fuel sensor module go out. Windward Dodge wanted to charge me over $200 just to diagnose. Not only did Willy's not charge me to diagnose the issue, they got the part the same day where Windward Dodge was going to charge me up front for the part plus charge me the expedited shipping which would've taken a few more days. The customer service was great at Windward Dodge but all in all, Willy's was way cheaper, faster and even gave a military discount which was unexpected and very much appreciated. I even forgot my wallet in the truck when I dropped it off and they immediately called me to let me know. I'll refer anybody I talk to to come here no matter how far the drive. Old school honest shop.

My 6speed manual feels brand new after getting its clutch and flywheel replaced. Willy's Transmission only has friendly and experienced personnel. The technicians that worked on my vehicle did an amazing job.

I took my car in because the AC was not working. When the tech assessed it and the issue was easily and quickly resolved without needing a mechanic they did not charge me for their time. So amazing to find a business that cares about customer satisfaction and is not driven by profit or "policy" for minimum charges. This is my second excellent experience with Willyʻs Transmission and AC. ?✨

I got my A/C fixed with them and even though I thought it was only one thing that had to fixed, it ended up being a couple things. Customer service was great and they were really transparent with the work that had to be done. They helped my pocket with labor costs and getting one of the parts also. A/C is COLD! Highly recommend, great service and I'll be back if need be.

A year after rebuild and my transmission is still like new! Willy's thoroughly checks for any leaks and annually services the transmission during the 3 year warranty period to make sure it's still in top shape. I recommend Willy's to everyone I know if they need any transmission service.
Update: just had my 2 year service. Transmission is still working perfectly. Willy's staff is professional and friendly. And they completed my service quickly.
