“Incredible experience!!!I recently proposed to my girlfriend and needed the engagement ring re-sized. We initially went to The Wedding Ring Shop, and although they offer a luxurious setting/experience, they declined to re-size my fiancés ring. I'll spare you the details but as you can imagine my girl and I started to panic.But then Alysn from Pacific Diamond Wedding Rings swooped in to save the day! We called them immediately after TWRS couldn't help us and Alysn answered. She was so sweet and professional on the phone so we decided to just pop in. She courteously greeted us and walked us through the whole process. Thankfully PDWR are professionals when it comes to jewelry modification and resizing and Alysn said they could resize our ring no problem! Turn around was quick and I'm positive I was charged much less than what TWRS would have charged me!I don't have a picture of the ring after being resized, but if you look at the attached photo, you can see the bottom of the ring. You can't even tell where they made the cut on the ring! Craftsmanship 10/10. Service 10/10. Price 10/10. Thank you Alysn and Pacific Diamond Wedding Rings!”

My fiancé and I bought Koa rings here and we absolutely love them. $275 each which is better than a lot of other locations and Martin & MacArthur specialize in Koa wood so it’s extra special. They only have 1 case of rings but they have a variety within the case. Great service too. The Korean lady (I can’t remember her name) was so helpful. Thanks for a memorable experience! The Koa watches are also very beautiful.”

“We found the wedding band of our dreams here!Summary: All other companies said no can do, Gold Mart ohana said yes we can! Never felt pushed or pressured. Incredibly helpful, local family-owned company. Worth the cost.Since our engagement, I had dreamed of an heirloom design but with a personal twist (a flower from his home country). I searched on insta and etsy and was told it was either impossible to personalize or quoted HUGE fees. We even went to a number of big-name companies in Ala Moana and other locations and were told repeatedly it wasn't possible. When we finally went into Gold Mart, it was with the intention to settle.Thank god, we mentioned this to Lily who IMMEDIATELY stated, "We can do that!" She showed us a number of options, but we never felt pressured to buy. In fact, she encouraged us to go have dinner and then come back. Each time we met with one of this family owned company (4 times in person, 1 over the phone) we were given helpful advice that was never pushy or demanding. My SO even felt that we could have backed out at the last minute, because this family wanted us to be happy with our purchase more than making a purchase. When we finally received our rings, we ended up with hugs from Lily because we were so happy with the design and she was happy for us.This is a family company that's been here since I was a kid. Don't expect perfection, but come for the Aloha and the care for your interests.”
