This marked my first visit to this vet, and I must say, it was a great experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff was exceptionally friendly. The wait time wasn't excessive, and the lobby had a clean and inviting atmosphere. When I interacted with the nurses, I found them to be incredibly kind, patient, and well-informed. Although I don't live near this location, I'm now contemplating whether to continue visiting this vet due to the positive experience I had. Another thing that stood out to me was the follow-up phone call from the vet the next day. They had realized they had provided incorrect dates for giving my puppy medication, and their attention to detail and thoroughness truly impressed me.
