“I was hesitant to use this place from all of the reviews I read. After looking at my different options, I decided to roll the dice! I am so glad I did. The first person I dealt with was on the phone. She was full of sass. If one wasn't paying attention... her humor would come off as brash. It is sass mixed with dry humor. She had me laughing as she was giving it to me! In truth, she was giving the best options to save money (rent on Thursday vs. Friday, etc.). I was ready for round two when we picked up the uhaul, and it was a super sweet lady at the desk. She gave us all of the information and made sure we were tracking the need for a gas receipt for the return. The next day, we returned to find a different sweet lady. We left her the keys and she said she would follow up. When she followed up, everything she charged us for was what we were already tracking. No hidden cost or over charge. The staff were great. The truck was clean and ready. Location is great to, the gas station is less than a minute down the road. Super convenient for pick up, fill up and return. We had zero issues. As my wife said, it was our best Uhaul experience ever. This was our experience. I would rent there again!”

She was diligent at explaining everything thoroughly, and I knew exactly what to expect. Would recommend Paris and this particular storage location to everyone! What a great experience.”
“Everyone who works here is super helpful and friendly. The moving van was in great condition, and the process to receive and return the vehicle was straightforward. It is street parking only around this location, but they know good places to look in the area. Highly recommend this location.”

“I liked everything about it. 10' truck is perfect for what I needed and the location had two. Distance was short so I can afford to use it more than once. Online applications (text and email links and verifications) streamline everything. Staff is friendly and helpful.Only problem I had was that night-drop application hung up trying to verify my location but they checked it in in the morning without difficulty. Happy camper (besides needing to move).Francis K.”
“At least here in Honolulu, they will compete with U-Haul - with much better trucks, mostly with lift-gates, and no mileage charge. Manny was particularly positive and helpful.
BTW don't be fooled: what U-Haul calls a 20' box is really 17'-6" - it's not even 20' if you were to include the almost-useless little bump-out that's up above the cab - so an 18' Penske is actually BIGGER.”
“I arrived to enterprise vehicle rental, I asked the service representative if they do walk in, because walk from servo Honolulu and needed a car. The representative asked if I had service invoice number? Then proceed to call servo Honolulu, if I could get service invoice number and passed on information to representative for enterprise vehicle rental, was able to get better rate after giving the information from servco Honolulu.”
“My experience at the Iwilei Uhaul Rental was above and beyond. Elsie and Erlinda made a stressful moving day so easy, being the first people I interacted with that day! Erlinda was very helpful in assisting me in finding a vehicle that would fit all of my needs and even helped me to get a smaller vehicle. She was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to do before departing, and what was needed of me upon return. When I came to return the vehicle Elsie was so helpful and kind! The Iwilei Uhaul Team is the best 10/10 would recommend. Mahalo, Sunny!”
