I will not be getting my hair done here anymore. I've been here twice and the first time I came here, my experience was okay. Not the worse job done to my hair but I wasn't completely impressed since their was such a hype on this hairstylist. Price was reasonable. The second time I was here, I completely was disappointed with the outcome. It looked like I had gotten nothing done to my hair besides she changed my color without asking (nothing drastic) but I wanted blonde ( blonde is what I currently had) not ashy tone. And basically, and after a few days, the color had faded away and went back to what I had previous. Not to mention the stylist looked like she was in a hurry/ stressed out to get out. Not sure what happened here, but I'm not returning back. I regret not calling her back to get my hair fixed, but I figured it probably wouldn't make a difference since I wasn't satisfied the first two times.

Went in depressed with damaged Orange hair, another hair dresser messed up color, Meet Crissy from Snip it, and she fixed it... just before my Vegas flight with my family! Crissy took the time to explain to me what the problem was too... So I want others to know, She saved me! Thank you Mahalo

Disappointed..... I had an appointment scheduled for 5/31 and received a text from Pash 2 hrs before appointment having to cancel. Since, she had not responded to the numerous text attempts trying to reschedule. It has been over two weeks now. Unfortunate, I have gotten my hair done hair quite a few times.

Pash did and does a amazing job!! This is my second time coming to her and both times she has done a great job. She knows what colors best go with my skin tone. I will definitely go back. The drive from mililani is totally worth it.

I love me some Brit time. The only thing better than her work is the conversation during my appointments. I've been going to Brit since March 2016 just before my birthday. As most girls, I wanted to get my hair done for my night out. I initially went in to do the typical blonde highlights but after talking to her I went a whole different path and went red. Best decision. I kept it for the past two years and watched it mature into a beautiful Ariel-esque color. Red requires committing to the upkeep and maintenance if you want hold the vibrancy of the color. With a new baby I knew I wouldn't be able to keep up with it so I recently saw Brit and she took me back to a nice brown, and kept some of the red undertones which I liked. She gave me a great cut too. Got rid of the dry ends and layered it up. I felt fresh and more importantly, happy with the end result. Like I said before, the conversation is always the best part. I had my six year old son with me this last time, and he's gone with me before. Instead of being glued to his iPad he spent both times talking it up with Brit. She was so relatable to him and I could tell she genuinely enjoyed their conversations.
