Pecto in Kaneohe Hawaii is a very convenient location for me. The product selection is very good with most products at what I think are fair prices. The staff has always been great in my opinion. They are friendly, helpful and always ask if I need help of have questions. Last visit was for some puppy food and formula for weaning a new litter. Associate was most helpful in showing were the formula was located and making recommendations.

I had a coupon to redeem so I put it on the cans of dog food. Apparently she didn't notice it untill after she rang the entire purchase and totalled it out. When I asked her about the coupon she said "sorry" it was too late and she couldn't do anything for me. It should have been $7.98 off. The coupon was buy 6 cans and get two free. I bought six cans at 3.99 each. First time I had a bad experience like this at this location.

The customer service in both the shop and grooming is either goes between just okay or lacking.
But the wall of sadness, meaning the bettas in a cup of water, is the main reason why you get 1 star. I would give -5 if I could.

My daughter and I received excellent, friendly and helpful service from a male associate at the counter on April 29th, 2024. He only works there for a couple days per week. One of the best associates I have ever experienced at Petco so far.

The customer service at Petco is truly exceptional. I consistently purchase all of my pet's goodies from Petco (only during sales "ONLINE") , and I am continually impressed by the level of assistance and support provided /calling the 800 # as they are always so friendly. Their team is always available to lend a helping hand and ensure that my shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. Every visit to Petco is a delight, as their outstanding customer service turns it into a joyful event. My smiling puppy eagerly anticipates our trips to Petco, knowing that good things await him there. It's not just about the treats and toys; it's also about the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity for him to socialize with other dogs and staff. Petco has truly become our go-to destination for all things pet-related, and we couldn't be happier.

My grandson enjoyed looking at the different animals in store.
Also, I wasn’t offered a free reusable bag with my purchase yesterday. I forgot to inquire, and o wasn’t offered one. However, I’m sure if I were to inquire about it after my purchase, my reply would be “sorry, we were out of stock” as my email says, while supplies last, to avoid not receiving one.
I wanted one.
Otherwise, I always have a good experience at the Kaneohe Petco

I have been comming for grooming if my 2 dogs for 7 years. I was told that my groomer was out sick 3 hours before my appointment to have my dogs nails buffed. Someone would call to reschedule. My problem is that I am relocating out if state tomorrow. I went to Petco when they opened to see if someone could do buffing of my Chihuahuas nails and was turned away. After all these years of being a loyal customer, tipping generously and getting all my supplies I couldn't get a service I desperately needed. ALOHA petco hope you feel better Shantel.

I like to bring my here to pick out her own food and treats. They even have an area with bags and whips in case your fur baby has an accident.

Purchased a dog crate. It had a lot of dust. I mentioned it to the sales clerk at the counter. “Oh it comes like that” I didn’t want that dust in my vehicle. He did not make any attempt to wipe the box down. I happen to have a paper towel in my pocket and proceeded to wipe it off. He seem like uninterested that I was wiping off the dirt. I was upset that he didn’t apologize for having dirty merchandise
