MKM used to be a quiet, peaceful and exclusive place to live. Now it is a community that has the general public coming and going from the property 24/7 due to the majority of boat slips being rented and poor rule enforcement. And it has become a transient rental community.It is still a beautiful one of a kind property, but the sign at the gate that reads “private yachting residences” no longer applies.

This Marina gives the illusion that it is a peaceful, easy going complex but it is actually very pesty. The property manager is constantly harassing us about noise BEFORE "quiet hours" and entertains EVERY complaint that is brought up to him not every complaint requires constant attention. If you plan on living here do NOT have more than 2 vehicles or he will charge you $50 a day for parking in guest parking and not show you anywhere in the "rule book" that wasn't given to us prior to signing our lease. The parking garages are difficult to park in and are height restricted to tall vehicles. The pool is nice.

Quiet ,gated community ,large waterfall ,that empties directly into ocean inlet ,amongst boat harbor in kaneohe Bay! !!! ,lush landscaping ,song birds singing all day .large pine trees as well as other large trees ,very nice community.

Awesome marina! As most marinas go, the neighboring boats are all very friendly and helpful, lending us tools when we needed it and offering advice when we're in the midst of fixing something. The grounds are kept clean and access to everything is pretty easy, including the sandbar which is a quick sail away. Good times at this marina!
