Great place and selection for finding your new friend. Knowledgeable staff who are very friendly. I live in honolulu but can't find a better store then Koolau Pets in Windward Mall. Thanks

We told Matt about a fish that died (that we'd bought from the store less than two weeks prior) and he immediately gave us a replacement and advice on what to do differently. So far, the fish is doing very well. This is a clean, well-lit store that has a great selection of products and a knowledgeable, friendly staff!
