We had our wedding here in September. If you are coming in from out of state and like to keep a good and well thought out plan in advance dont expect that to be the case here. We were constantly having to initiate communication, we didnt get a floor plan until the day before our wedding, and majority of the details you would hope to go through in a wedding rehearsal were not gone over. If you have the extra money hire a legitimate wedding planner from outside of the venue to coordinate and hound the coordinators there because the communication doesn’t become consistent until a month out of your event.

We loved working with Tamara and the Haiku Gardens team. She made planning our wedding easy and stress free, was easy to communicate with and very much made our day even better than what we had envisioned.
Meeting with her and choosing what we wanted to have at our wedding, choosing a certain spot in the gardens to hold the ceremony and picking our menu and other vendors was the easiest thing ever. She coordinates so much for you so that as a bride, all I had to do was coordinate with hair and make up for my trial run, and then solidify the itinerary and seating chart for day of.
She really makes it easy and is such a great person to work with.
The food is amazing, and the location can’t be beat. Our day was amazing and we can’t stop gushing about how amazing Tamara is.

I would like to share my thoughts oh Haiku Gardens. Every time I’m in Hawaii this is my go to restaurant for the food is amazing and the staff is exceptional. Me and my husband got married here in September of 2023 and it was amazing from the food to the staff as well as our wedding coordinator was amazing. I would highly recommend this place for your wedding and other events. I give them a 10 star rating if I could.❤️❤️❤️❤️

We were married here in 1973 and have returned for many anniversaries since then. In 2023, we celebrated our 50th anniversary here with a delicious private lunch with our family and friends. The staff made sure everything was perfect!
We just returned again for our 51st anniversary. As always, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to celebrate.

We got married in June 2024, and it was an absolutely magical day! Our friends and family are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how amazing the food tasted. Tamara and her team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I can't thank them enough for making our day more magical (and stress-free) than we ever imagined! Haiku Gardens truly has weddings and receptions down to a science. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning "one-stop-shop" wedding venue on Oahu!

We are so very satisfied with the whole process from planning less than 3 months to the big day. Very reasonable package deals for ceremony and reception. My bouquet planner ordered was so beautiful. We got married in the chapel which was very intimate. The vendors venue hired for officiant was very personable/relatable and photographer was so accommodating. Coordinators/staff did everything from set up to break down. It was such a magical day which will be remembered always, especially when a surprised guest (fur-baby) crashed the wedding group pictures.

I wanted the perfect wedding luncheon and Haiku Gardens truly was the best choice for it. What appealed me to booking with them was having exclusivity of the restaurant (Haleiwa Joes), the ability to pick ala cart, and bringing in our own vendors. Not only that, but the views are amazing, so I booked the date and started the planning process.
I was planning off island and it was very easy working with Tamara via phone and email. A few days before the wedding, I booked a time to stop by to look at the restaurant layout and drop off things to set up for the luncheon. I explained how I wanted everything to look and when I walked in the day of, everything was set up exactly how I asked for it to be.
The staff was so kind and attentive. We had the perfect backdrop for our table and while we were cutting the cake. We received several compliments on the views and food (obviously we ordered the prime rib for everyone!)
I cannot recommend enough not only having a destination wedding, but your wedding luncheon at Haiku Gardens/Haleiwa Joes.

We had our after-wedding luncheon here and it was a really good experience. The food was cooked just right and the views were great.
They were very willing to work with us on coordinating any way we wanted the tables setup or the wedding favors we brought with us the day before. Everything was set up exactly how we expected and the staff was very courteous.

Great view. Tasty food. You must have reservations. We walked in our second time and left because of a wait time of over 2 hours. We also attended a wedding there. Great service for the wedding. Very friendly.

We tied the knot at Haiku and it was the best venue decision we could have made. Tamara and the rest of the team truly made it the best day of our lives. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, it was so perfect and fun. Tamara was there for us every step of the way considering we had this planned over a year in advance and lived in separate time zones, she’s truly an expert at what she does! And all of the venders hired through the venue were exceptional from the band, florals, photographer, bar tender, food staff, photobooth, and especially the cake. We’ve been married almost 2 months and our guests still text me and rave about how much they loved our cake. You can not go wrong with booking with Haiku, they will absolutely take the best care of you!
