My 5 year old car showed the tire pressure light coming on. Using a manual guage I found it was the driver, rear tire. Assuming it was a slow leak, I took it Goodyear and gave them the details. I had just added air and the warning light was off. When I came back a few hours later, they told me there was no puncture. A stem cap on a different tire was missing. Their explanation was my 5 year old tire had small cracks. I needed to replace the tire and get an alignment. I then took the car to the dealer who found a small nail and fixed the tire. I won't be back.

Did what needed to be done. But the amount of gossiping that was going on was such a downer. The male and young female discussed a lot of personal stuff about a person who works at the same place "J". I was already into my appointment but that kind of stuff just really put a bad taste in my mouth. Imagine if I knew the person...I understand that down time is inevitable but I'm pretty sure the Co worker "j" wouldn't appreciate that. I wish the girl/woman they gossiped about the best in whatever she decided to do for a career whether it's Pursuing her Cdl A or notary etc... and that her and her child have a prosperous life. It's hard enough to survive in Hawaii nobody needs fake friends on top.

Was in town visiting my resident daughter and realized she needed new tires. Wanted to get that done before returning. Walked in at 2:00pm and had the two new tires on by 4:00pm! Thank you so much. Really gives me peace of mind her tires will now be safe and greatly appreciate the fast and knowledgeable service!

I have gone to Goodyear for my tire services before and they were very understanding, but attempted to call for a safety inspection and was rudely hung up on after trying to find an alternative time for their availability. Chanel was very short and snappy on the phone and seemed like she was just trying to get me on and off the call. Hung up on me mid sentence. Very disrespectful.

I got a tire change and an alignment. Told me what was wrong with my car and what they recommend with good detail. Good customer service and prices. Would recommend to others. Called 20+ tire shops and they had the best price for quality tires.

They were speedy with changing the alternator, we were told it would take three days and it was ready the next day. They however didn't put all the parts back on after finishing the change. We also requested an alignment and were told that it would get done, after looking at the receipt it wasn't added and it definitely wasn't done. I personally don't think it's worth the money spent especially after working in a shop for a few years myself. As for customer service, the lady ringing me up was very nice. All the guys my husband dealt with were condescending and the ones that spoke to me about other issues were also exceedingly condescending and abrupt. I don't think we will be coming back, I believe we will find a different shop that is more worthwhile and helpful.

I did my safety check here and it was so easy, just dropped my car off for my appointment got Starbucks while I waited and they did everything for me! I recommend calling to make an appointment instead of doing it online since the hours isn't fully accurate

Would not recommend this place. Booked online for a safety inspection and when we dropped off the car they stated we can't book online (even though it was allowed on the website). They were able to do the inspection after much attitude. When we picked up the car (had to leave it for several hours), I wasn't even acknowledged upon entering the shop. Customer service severely lacking.

Website doesn’t tell you when they do safety inspections so don’t waste your time setting an appointment. They won’t honor safety inspection appointments made online and will push an appointment weeks away.

7 1/2 hours for a tire patch!? Dang I used to love this shop smh. Well I found the only way to keep this staff honest is to watch and make sure their being productive and respectful of your time. I was the first walk in at opening. I understand they prioritize appointments but 3 hours after check in the worker said "your vehilce is on the hooks," 3 hours later they said "there are 2 oil changes before your car is on the hooks, it should be done in about an hour and a half" I think it's the dishonesty that hurts. There are other garages in Kaneohe!
