“I have 4 pieces from Bali Aga in my home—a sofa table, 2 small matching dressers I use as nightstands, and a low buffet/console I use as a tv stand. Very happy with the quality for the price. I had one dresser and about a year later wanted a matching one. They told me when the container from that furniture supplier would arrive (months later) and then called me when it got here. Perfect match. And just like that…I have symmetry. Excellent customer service.”

“We have a guest bedroom that has been hardly used. So, we decided to remodel it to a Japanese style room with Tatami mats and found the Sannaka West on the Internet. After a consultation with a well thought out plan, our Japanese room was completed yesterday. They brought a carpenter from Japan specializing in the Japanese carpentry. His skill is simply amazing. The finished product is so precisely assembled and it looks like one of those rooms in expensive Japanese Inns. We also purchased the Japanese style cushions, a coffee table, and 2 sets of Futon from them. Great quality. Yes, they can be expensive but totally worthwhile. We are very happy with the quality of their service and products. I haven't been to their new showroom yet but will visit and buy a few items for our new room. RECOMMENDED.”

My fiancé and I bought Koa rings here and we absolutely love them. $275 each which is better than a lot of other locations and Martin & MacArthur specialize in Koa wood so it’s extra special. They only have 1 case of rings but they have a variety within the case. Great service too. The Korean lady (I can’t remember her name) was so helpful. Thanks for a memorable experience! The Koa watches are also very beautiful.”

“The best furniture shopping experience ever!Last May, I ordered a sleeper sofa from a big chain for delivery in July. It has been on back order ever since - we wouldn't have it in time for our move in date.As we were dropping off a rental car, I saw Elite was open, dragged the husband in. We ended up spending a good hour in there chatting it up with Bryce. Not gonna lie...I sat on just about every couch and lounged in the fancy massage chair LOLOh yeah...we did buy a sofa bed. It was scheduled for delivery in a week. Morning of delivery, I received a text with a timeframe: 3-5pm. It was delivered 5pm on the dot. BOOM.”
