Loved this location, the two young girls were so fun to have help me and the tall Asian guy was super helpful, funny, and nice(and tons of fun to talk to about video games). But I didn't give it 5 stars because the old lady that works there was super rude and when I asked a question about why they couldn't split my payments, she straight up ignored me and ignored others who asked her for help. I spent $2k in the last 3 weeks shipping my stuff and not one of the others gave me a hard time. She had me wait almost 2 HOURS for someone to drop off $50 on my $600 order instead of spliting it or holding my boxes (about 50-80lbs each)so i could go to the ATM.. She was so nasty and rude and wouldn't even explain anything. She should retire.

Today I am writing this review because a few days ago I had to go print some pictures also a lot pictures and some documents and Cherie helped me a lot I came back yesterday for other documents I had sent and Cherie was there again ready to help Cherie is very attentive, friendly and a really personal hardworking girl like She is the one they need everywhere. She also loves how the Manager works, a man who is very aware of everything and is willing to help and is very kind. I think he is the manager because I see him all the time in that place. I highly recommend this place. A Thousand Blessings Cherie continues with that humility and that desire to help you, you are a great girl. Hod bless you. ??

I needed to print note cards using photos and the results are stunning. Marina helped me and she was wonderful - she showed me a digital image of the card before it was printed to make sure it was what I wanted. She gave me the first card to fold in half & confirm the photo was in the right place. She was courteous and professional and I really enjoyed working with her. No wait time. I went in around 6:30 pm. I've been a customer here for 15 years and always get great customer service, no matter what the project is.

This evening I went in to see if I could download some court documents from there website. A customer service representative named Taylor turned and asked this grumpy old lady if he could do it for me and she said no. Taylor said no and started to walk away so I asked if there's another way if I downloaded the documents on my phone and Taylor had to ask the grumpy old lady who I can only assume was the manager she said something which I couldn't understand because she had a mask on and stayed in the back instead of coming to the front to help me. At this point I'm thinking what good is Taylor if he always has to ask what he can and cannot do SMH. At this moment Cherie who I had a pleasant experience the week before stepped up to the counter and gave me information on how to do it. Get rid of that grumpy unprofessional old lady who obviously could care less about customer service and put Cherie in charge. Taylo? Dime a dozen, Sorry Taylor but I call it how I see it. Customer service is key to keeping your business alive. Well done Cherie! I hope you end up being manager or working somewhere else where your talent for helping customers are appreciated by your peers. I just got the other customer service representative who helped me the first time. Her name is Gracie and she's also an outstanding customer service representative.

Excellent staff at Fed Ex printer shop. Stacy efficiently helped me get a project printed. She troubleshooted an issue with the image resolution and found the best solution. I highly recommend this print center.

Cherie is awesome! I had 15+ items to ship and she made the process smooth and simple. I understand being busy it can be annoying to handle such a large shipment but she was happy to help and made it an easy and enjoyable experience. Thank you so much Cherie- you're awesome!

Horrible service, please don't waste your time going there, you will save time by going strait to FedEx location where staff is actually helpful! I went to Kaneohe FedEx office on slow Monday afternoon, only to see 3 office persons standing at the counter, doing absolutely nothing. I asked if I could have passport photo taken. They whispered something among themselves, then one of them asked me return on Saturday to have photo taken. Presumably none of 3 lazy girls was scheduled to work on Saturday. I was beyond myself. I left the place without wasting another second on 3 lazy employees, leaving them looking at the horizon as they were before I came in. I drove straight to busy FedEx office at 590 Queens street in Honolulu, where despite 3 lines of customers, office person was happy to snap my photo and I was done in 5 minutes. Please save your time and emotions, and avoid Kaneohe FedEx Location and it's lazy employees!

NOTE NEW PHONE #808.206.7323 which is not on Yelp loses a star. CRAZY phone system asking survey questions for insurance quotes, etc... REALLY?! I'm trying to get blueprints printed. Definitely loses another star. The fact I had to call another store to be transferred to a real person at Kane'ohe equals loss of another star. The fact I had to drive to the store to check job status loses yet another star. Astonishing that corporate doesn't support our local workforce & protect their brand leaves me without words. Mahalo to the staff who are facing a lot of obstacles equals the addition of a star.
