My experiences at FedEx OnSite have been a mix of efficiency and occasional delays. There are times when I'm quickly in and out, but if the service desk is unattended, it can take a while for a staff member to assist. While all my packages have successfully reached their destinations, I did encounter an issue with one of the tracking codes. I’m sure this isn’t due to anyone there, but a broader FedEx issue instead.

They just leave deliveries by the door step! They know the world is a filed with porch pirates !!! I have a huge permanent sign on my red door stating whalers to leave when I'm not there !!! I guess they don't read or care.

We thought we were all ready to print our Nana's Memorial flyer from our thumb drive. Turns out Mac Pages is not compatible. Taylor M. was very patient and helpful. He assisted us in changing the document to PDF without leaving the store. Saving us time and more so, frustration. We were pleasantly surprised by the level customer service provided. Reviewing the flyer at home, Taylor was the talk of the evening. Out of town family agreeing they would not have gotten that kind of help back home. Please thank Taylor for his outstanding patience and help.

I needed to print note cards using photos and the results are stunning. Marina helped me and she was wonderful - she showed me a digital image of the card before it was printed to make sure it was what I wanted. She gave me the first card to fold in half & confirm the photo was in the right place. She was courteous and professional and I really enjoyed working with her. No wait time. I went in around 6:30 pm. I've been a customer here for 15 years and always get great customer service, no matter what the project is.
