Poor quality furniture. One couch seat broke within the first year of owning it. Since it was not a mechanical or framework issue, it was not covered under the one year warranty. The seat spring in the second sofa purchased at the same time popped out within the second year. Our last sofa set lasted over 8 years. We only replaced it because it was dirty. Furniture should not just deteriorate within a couple of years.

The best furniture shopping experience ever!Last May, I ordered a sleeper sofa from a big chain for delivery in July. It has been on back order ever since - we wouldn't have it in time for our move in date.As we were dropping off a rental car, I saw Elite was open, dragged the husband in. We ended up spending a good hour in there chatting it up with Bryce. Not gonna lie...I sat on just about every couch and lounged in the fancy massage chair LOLOh yeah...we did buy a sofa bed. It was scheduled for delivery in a week. Morning of delivery, I received a text with a timeframe: 3-5pm. It was delivered 5pm on the dot. BOOM.

Very strange encounter at the store and Kaneohe. Went in on a Sunday and the salesman didn't seem to want to sell any furniture. He gave me a number of reasons why I shouldn't buy the items, told me to forget about their website because they can't get anything on it and was generally negative about every aspect of his business. I can't remember ever encountering a salesman who was so negative. It's a wonder this place sells anything with guys like him. I stated "I want two of these items". He seemed like it was too much trouble to even bother to check if they had it. While he rambled on about all the ways I might void the warranty I decided to just say have a nice day and walk out as he continued his negative diatribe. What a strange encounter.

Good prices and excellent customer service, I forgot the mans name but he was a very big help and found us the best prices with great deals and discounts. Got a coffee table, dining set table with chairs and a mattress for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Letting the general public know that this company does not haul your old bed or furniture. I have purchased upwards to $7K of merchandise from this company. When purchasing a bed it's an automatic that you need to remove your old bed. They leave you stuck with your old furniture and they charge you for delivery on top of that we're as most companies include delivery for free. I still have rooms to decorate and I will look to another company for that. One that includes delivery and hauls your replaced items away.

Zac at the Kaneohe store was very helpful and patient and did not pressure me in any way like many salespeople. The delivery option was worth the expense. The guys that set up my purchase were very fast and professional. I will definitely shop here again!

My mom and I came in to get a new bunk bed for her foster kids. We we needed it asap! She instantly got a new bunk bed from Zac. We really appreciate how he helped my mom with getting a credit so she can pay off the item in segments. She was in between paychecks so it really helped a lot. I really hope this store stays in Kaneohe. We live to far to drive to Aiea.

My 18 year old daughter needed a new bed and frame. We went to take a look at the showroom on Nimitz. Carley helped us and gave us prices. My daughter picked out what she wanted and Carley took care of everything. Delivery was quick and they set it all up. They do not haul away your old bulky items though. I had to pay someone else to remove old items before delivery and set up. My daughter wasn't home when they delivered. I didn't notice they brought the wrong box spring. I called right away and they said they would exchange it ASAP. 2 days and they came to exchange it.

Overall a good place to get decently priced furniture, its not anything high end but it works. We bought one couch that had a design issue that it ended up failing in under two months but they allowed us to replace it with a different couch using the value of that to offset the amount. They also deliver and take away your couch for 75.

They were very accommodating, nice and prompt when we were ordering items. We special order a sofa and a loveseat that are both recliners and paid upfront. They told us maximum of 6 weeks and it will get delivered to us. Waited for more than 8 weeks and never receive a single call for the status of our orders. Called for several time and they keep telling us "the store manager is no longer here, I'll make sure to leave a note for him to call you first thing in the morning". I heard this message 5x in a week. Waited for 2 weeks more, and no update. I ended up cancelling our order because they couldn't give us an update of where our item was and not definite of when it will be delivered. Don't get me wrong, they do have very nice items, if you're the type that is willing to wait, I'd still say check their store. I've ordered couple of time with other Elite branches, but never had this bad experience.
