These folks are on it. Well staffed and friendly professional service indeed. Only walk in, no appointments can be made however the wait time was about a minute and I was done within 5 minutes. Fantastic! My clinician was very competent, got my vein on the first try, minimal pinch and done within 45 seconds. Speedy and throughrough.

Quick friendly service. Simple blood draw... Took no more than 5 minutes. They will let you know if certain tests aren't covered by health insurance. Very helpful.

This is where I choose to get my blood work done. I have never had a bad experience here, thank You God! The people who work there have been so kind. I like how the seats are separated, the numbers to take are there when you enter and the staff is always so nice to me!

I have been going to the Kaneohe Diagnostic Lab for several years. Everyone there is professional and friendly and I never have to wait very long between 8 and 9AM.

Went 7:30 Saturday morning. 10 people ahead of me some waiting outside to safely social distance. Line went rather quickly. Justin, my vampire, greeted me & asked me to wait in the blood drawing room seat 2 while he photocopied my ID & insurance card. . He promptly returned, verified my identity & proceeded. I confessed that I am a chicken & won’t be watching so he made small talk thru the process & before I knew it, it was over. Justin is an amazing phlebotomist. Weird to say this but great experience!

I always come to this lab in kaneohe even though I live in kailua but this lab is friendly, and clean. Just a note: if there's a holiday during the week then lab is crowded be expecting a long wait time. But when i go I still have to wait but this time was during the holiday week and I was amaze it was fast due to a lot of tech with their trainees. Also there is a shortage of butter needles if your are one of them like me that uses them for blood draw. Stay safe. This is a nationwide shortage.

So you can't know if you're pregnant unless you see a doctor first, That is ridiculous! Customer service was very poor.

I go there quite often, on a regular basis for blood work, and I always leave feeling good. I admire their customer service, even after drawing my precious blood. Thank you Kaneohe DLS.

Had my lab work done here twice in one month. My first experience was okay. I went in around 8:20AM and waited about 40min. The employee that took my blood had to take from my hand because they could not find my vein. (This was not their fault, it has always been difficult for them to find my veins to take blood).
The second time I went an hour before closing, and did not have to wait. As they were preparing me to take blood, the employee (Cliff) walked into the lobby to announce he was done with his day. When Cliff saw me, he said “this will be my last one” and asked me to follow him. He sat me down to take my blood, and began wiggling the needle to find my vein. Cliff proceeded to tell me that I needed to “drink more water” and “the last ones are always the worst” as he wiggled the needle inside my arm. I told him that they took it from my hand last time, and he did the same. While he stabbed me with the needle and took blood from me he continued to tell his coworkers how he “was just about to leave but volunteered to take me” and “the last ones are always the worst”.
Although points may be valid, patients are still customers and are paying their lab technicians to do their job, and treat them with respect.
