“Kawika was absolutely awesome and so helpful. He actually went beyond his working hours just to make sure I was satisfied with everything before ending the call. The store closed at 6:00pm and I called in at 5:55 just for a quick question because I knew they were closing soon and we ended up hanging up the phone at 6:25. So thank you kawika over at the kaneohe location!!”

I definitely recommend this business. He talks you through everything, gives you options, explains how things work (if you want to know and learn) and great communication to keep you up to date.”

“I did not know much about Mac Made Easy but I live in Kailua and spilt Miso Ginger Dressing on my laptop (Apple Mac Book Pro 2019) keys so there we ended up. In my panic I made worse things worse. Thankfully my laptop was checked inside and out and miraculously put back together (because I ripped the keys off). I am a happy customer and so very thankful they could help. They sell all apple accessories, even more than I have even seen in the actual Apple store and they will give you an honest and fair professional opinion and price. When you need this type of service, you are thankful they are there.”
“Bought a polycarbonate 2010 macbook from ray. But had to return it , no there was nothing wrong with the laptop I just realized I needed my money back because my credit card bill notice came in the other day and needed the refund to pay my bill.
