“Kimmy and Jodi welcomed us with pleasant smiles and chatted about what we were looking for. They were both very helpful We tried on several different sizes and materials. They said we could hold the items and shop more, since we were still looking around. First time at Pearl Ridge since 2003. We went back and purchased the matching. HOPE FAITH ALOHA shirt and dress. It was a great day to see this store and purchase from them.”
“I cannot remember a time when I’ve shopped at Ross’ and met an unhappy employee. I had gone to the Windward mall to find a few things I needed and all but 1 person working there seemed unhappy. I should have tried Ross’ there, but had my mind set on Windward City Shopping Center. So off I went. As soon as I walked through the door at Ross’, (12/16/23) the greeter set the mood with a big smile and a “Hello”. Then there was the woman working in the isle putting things back in the right places. She directed me to where the items I wanted would be found, and even started to walk me there, but I told her I’ll go check it out. Then the cashier. Such a sweet heart. And a “mahalo” from the greeter on the way out. Everyone was so pleasant, welcoming and professional. The Aloha spirit is always alive there. Thank you Ross, for keeping your employees happy. It shows! And this senior Citizen really appreciates it ? ?❣️ ? ?”
“Located in Windward Mall, this Ross is plentiful! Do all your major home goods, kitchen needs, wall decor, skincare, baby needs, and of course clothing purchases!
This place is clean, well-staffed and well-stocked, and conveniently connects directly to Kane'ohe's favorite mall. Perfect place to shop and hang out at.
Lots of clearance clearly marked along the store's perimeter. All the shopping carts work too, which is a standard haha.”

“Such a better location. Descent size space for displaying items for sale. They may need to expand in the future for furniture, etc. Convenient parking for unloading or loading. Great planning by having a separate space for donations right nextdoor. Really happy for this location.”
