“I walked in and was greeted by the friendly cashier. She told me that all the shirts are designed and printed locally. She asked if I was a tourist or if I lived here. She also asked what area I lived in and told me that they have a location at Ala Moana. I looked around the store and noticed some really cool items. They have shirts with turtles and sharks on them. They also have shirts from local eateries such as Tiki's Grill & Bar and Waikiki Brewing Company.”

866 Iwilei Rd #206, Honolulu“Great little store. If walking around it’s a little harder to find as there’s no direct pedestrian access. It’s safe to use the car access way however. Once inside it’s a wonderful store. Locally made clothing and friendly service. Well worth the time to get too.”
“Unique clothing store with a variety of stylish apparel. The store offers a diverse selection of cool gear, but be prepared to spend some time exploring. One drawback was the challenge of finding items in my size, as I usually wear a large. Particularly, hoodies seemed to run smaller, and there was limited availability in XL.”
“The best! We attended a traditional Hawaiian clothing seminar on a cruise given by a local, so we knew what we wanted. The store manager was incredibly helpful, and the quality and variety were amazing. This is a store where locals shop. It is a family business and not a tourist trap. We feel fortunate we found it.”
“Super friendly customer service from Jonathan and Kat, as usual! this store is filled to the brim with ultra unique goodies and gifts you can only find in Hawaii. Prices are not necessarily cheap, but they reflect the quality of the store and the shopping experience you get, so it’s totally worth it. You can also take a picture with their big miffy lamp which is super fun!”
“What a great experience I had to take one star off cause I had the staff ask me if I wanted to start a pile by the resisters and I said yes. But after I checked out she forgot to add the items that I had given her to add to my order. I love the designs, and different products that are available in such a small space. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products”

“Had a phenomenal experience at this location buying a pair of jeans with my brother. Poi was so kind and incredibly attentive and helpful - she took her time to get to know us and offered to ship the pants back to CT for us to avoid the extra luggage weight. She apologized because the store was abnormally busy but she had absolutley no reason to - she was already being 1000 times more helpful and attentive than any other store I’ve been in. She truly embodied the “Aloha Spirit” and made an otherwise mundane shopping trip super personal and engaging! Thank you so much! :) Great meeting you!”

4211 Waialae Ave, Honolulu“A HUGE MAHALO to Jen, Ashley and staff for their AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased a NO SAND BACKPACK made by Of One Sea for my daughter for Christmas and upon her first use of the bag in February the top part shredded apart . I paid $95 for the bag so I wasn't feeling just taking a loss on it especially since it was a gift for my daughter and grandkids. I contacted Up and Riding and explained what happened and because the return policy for Christmas gifts ended on January 31 they called Of One Sea and reported what happened. Of One Sea also provided me with excellent customer service and sent me a brand new bag and a warranty on it as well. Since the Covid pandemic I have vowed to support local businesses which is why I shop frequently at Up and Riding . And now I have added Of One Sea to this list!!! Thank you all so much for restoring the aloha in customer service in the islands. Mahalo... see you all soon !!!”

130 Kailua Rd, Kailua“Okay, let me preface, I have never been to Hawaii and have never had shave ice from here, only other parts of the county. With that out of the way, I loved the shaved ice. It wasn't gritty and was light and airy. But, what made it was the flavors. I'm not going to recommend any flavor because everyone has their preference. I got Matcha, lychee, and vanilla it was great. My wife got strawberry, snow capped (sweetened and condensed milk) and she really enjoyed hers. My son got his with a macadamia nut ice-cream bar which he really enjoyed - smooth and flavorful.Try it, it's not like anything anywhere else in the country that offers similar. Don't compare it to others just on its own. Maybe try other local places on it to compare.”
“Great store with excellent customer service will go back again. The sales lady helped me pick out things for my son and he loved them. Shopped there while on vacation in February.”

2330 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu“Their shirts are cotton and soft. Nice quality. The guy is so helpful and friendly. We ask for recommendations around the area and he gave us severals options to go to around the area.”
“I came in looking for a shirt I saw online and got excellent service from the staff to ensure I got the proper size and cut. Highly recommend if you are looking for Aloha shirts.”

1202 Kona St, Honolulu“We grew up knowing Iida's as a child and through my adulthood, later with my child. Generations of Hawaii folks know Iida's. I was so heartbroken when they were no longer at Ala Moana Shopping Mall. I reminisce and think of shopping there whenever I pass their old corner location. I will try to make a better effort of shopping Iida's when a gift is needed, or when I need something.”
10AM - 5PM
777 Ward Ave, Honolulu“I love and look forward to coming to the baby expo every year with my little one or friends. So many amazing and unique vendors and many local businesses. I love that there are so many activities for the keiki to do and enjoy trying tasty new treats. You also have great opportunities to enter to win prizes and giveaways. Only down side is paying for Blaisdell parking which is $8!!! I never have luck with street parking so if you so that's great for you! Admission is also about $5.50 per person so try to find coupons by following them or from flyers.”
“One of my favorite places to shop at Ala Moana, this two-story store is on the Nordstrom side of the center (for your parking and navigating purposes). When I visited, the bottom floor featured their T-shirt design collaborations with local artists and brands for adults and keiki. The second floor has the complete collections of men and women’s apparel, along with the T-shirt designs of local brands.I love their high-tech self-checkout, where you just place your purchases in a bin, which automatically scans the items and lists them on the screen. Super easy - and you don’t the app to use it btw.For Lunar New Year, they had a promo of a packet of 5 red envelopes with the purchase of $50 or more!”
“My deepest mahalo to Store Manager Kelsie and Staff (Tyler). They provided the best customer service to this busy grandma. They went out of their way to correct an on-line order. They provided excellent customer service by giving me the gift that I needed for my grand baby - same sale price, mailed it and even wrapped the items beautifully. Wow! Keep up the great work! True aloha! Happiest of Holidays to the gang at Soha Kahala Mall”
10AM - 8PM
4211 Waialae Ave, Honolulu“During our most recent visit to Hawaii, we randomly came to the Kahala Mall (Def. gave me some mall nostalgia but that's another review) to browse around. I went to the bathroom right before we were going to leave and my wife told me she saw some really nice Hawaiian shirts. I was looking for Hawaiian shirt for a really long time and I could never find one that fits me nicely (Always too big) and the quality just never seem up to snuff. Those $20 shirts just wasn't cutting it. I got a "tailor" fit shirt from Reyn, and the fit was perfect! The material is on point as well. Granted it was $120+ but it was the best money I've spent on clothes in a while. They also have varies collabs (NFL, Marvel, Spongebob etc) The store was very clean, and the associate that helped us (Japanese lady. I wish we had gotten her name) She was SOOOOO nice and very helpful! in short, if you're looking for a nice authentic hawaiian shirt, check this place out! You can order from the website but I'd recommend going to the store and making sure you get the correct size for your body type.”
“Me daughter and I visited this store two weeks ago. The selection was amazing and the store was super clean and so well organized, but more importantly and most impressively was the staff. They were so friendly and super fun to talk to. I left there feeling like part of the Crazy Shirt family. If we had a Crazy Shirts in North Idaho, I’d probably submit an application to work there. We visit almost every Crazy Shirts that we come across, and this store was the best we’ve been to. They have such a great selection, and sell things that you can’t find in other stores, or even online. This store will definitely be our go to place for our Crazy Shirts purchases. Plus, it will be fun to see the staff again.”

1170 Auahi St, Honolulu“There were many things that are hard to find in Japan, and there were many attractive products︎︎?I want to go there again someday︎︎?It was a little difficult because it was a little far from Ala Moana lol”
“The customer service was excellent! The girls at the Ala Moana store were friendly, helpful, and sweet. I absolutely ? love my Vacay Long Jumpsuit Hawaiian Quilt in Black and Gold. I was also able to purchase a matching shirt for my husband. Thanks! Lex”
“The store might not have the kind of clothes I'm out looking for, but, as a Gap brand, they carry the banner and customer service seems decent. Sales help are friendly and fairly available. Only nit is that it's got struck a strange layout, as the main entrance off the mall at Ala Moana is a stairway and escalator heading downstairs. You'd've thunk they'd've just leased space on the main mall level and be done with it rather than hassle with being a story below.”
11AM - 6PM
2164 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu“Such beautiful shirts! For those who don’t know- they reproduce styles from the 1930-50s on silk (vary rare). I only have one shirt from them since I can’t afford the price, but I heartily support them and it’s just awesome to see these designs in person and be able to take home a piece of history! Also- yes, as other reviewers have written, saleswoman is eager to help- possibly a cultural difference. Allow her to do her job. They are extremely nice here and had such a great time just seeing these shirts!”
“Kimmy and Jodi welcomed us with pleasant smiles and chatted about what we were looking for. They were both very helpful We tried on several different sizes and materials. They said we could hold the items and shop more, since we were still looking around. First time at Pearl Ridge since 2003. We went back and purchased the matching. HOPE FAITH ALOHA shirt and dress. It was a great day to see this store and purchase from them.”
