Love my mattress, great service. I needed a mattress right away and I got it the next day, didn’t have to wait 3 weeks like other mattress stores. Heading there to buy a second mattress.

We had a very pleasant experience at the Kaneohe BEDMART. Romie Baoit was very personable from the start. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us some options and didn't rush us to buy. He even listened and entertained my son. Romie made a usually stressful situation very relaxing.

Romie helped us with our purchase of a Tempur-pedic bed. He was very good explaining the differences in each mattress and each bed frame.
The delivery of our bed went very well.

Bedmart Kaneohe is a hidden gem! The one remaining store where they actually treat the customer as family. Service from Romie (a manager) was 5 star. Moses and Vili continued the positive experience with their superb delivery. These two are the best delivery team I've ever experienced. Thank you all for being and bringing the aloha spirit back !!!!

Our first time owning a brand new bed. So thankful to Romie in helping us find the perfect Bed we needed. It's been about a month with our new cal king Luxe Breeze hybrid medium mattress. We love it! If you're looking for a new Bed that will give you that restful sleep and take away your bed pains ask for Romie! He is so professional and gives excellent customer service! We can't believe he even stayed til after closing because we had a hard time making a choice.

I never been to a mattress store that made me feel welcomed like this one did. The store is clean and organized it also has a bed machine that tells you what mattress is best for your body type when you lay on it. Romie is the man! He helped me and my wife find the bed that best suits us. He didn't rush us and he let us take all of the time in the world to find the right mattress. I'm so happy with what we purchased and I can't wait to sleep on the mattress. I highly recommend this place if you want to find the PERFECT mattress. The prices are affordable and they offer monthly payments which to me it's worth it.
