Inept. I opened a savings account and the customer service rep started to set up my online banking. She claims her computer crashed, and she was not able to complete the process. She said I could do that myself at home, so I waited a few weeks and tried to use online banking. It did not work. Said to call their customer service number, which I did. They could not fix it. The person speaking to me and her supervisor both tried, but failed. They said they sent a note to their IT department to fix it. The next day, I get a phone call from someone in IT who said she did not know why she was supposed to call me. I called back several times, but only got her voicemail. I explained I needed my online banking. She never got back to me. In exasperation, I headed to the Kaneohe branch and the teller tried mightily to get my online banking to work without success. She asked if I could come back the next day, but I said, no, I'm three hours into setting up something that ought not be this hard to set up. I closed my account that day. Honest. Talk about inept.

I called almost 13 different banks! And was on hold for more then 30 minutes each time!! I hung up after 30 mins! How is it that not 1 fckn bank can answer their damn phone!! It's Wednesday 11am I'm pretty sure you guys are not slammed! So why is it so fckn hard to pick up a damn phone! Can you guys fix this because waiting on hold for that long is totally not okay! And not only 1 bank but 13!!! Wtf

Love this branch! So conveniently located inside Safeway. Every teller that works here is always so friendly. I do all of my banking with them because I know I will receive great customer service every time I need to make a visit. Management should be very proud to have each of them!

Tellers always seem nice, but the manager has ZERO customer service skills. I only need to make my rent payment here. Some months they can take the payment, some months they can't. I've never had so many issues just trying to deposit money... Why do I need to be a bank member to make a payment to someone else..? So frustrating!! Get it together Bank Of Hawaii!!
