My intention was to simply upgrade my iphone and that is what I conveyed to the associate. It turned out that I was given the opportunity to upgrade my iPhone 12 Pro Max for a iPhone 15 Pro Max with the $1000 credit rebate, BUT, my unlimited payment plan was changed which turned out to be way more expensive....again, all I wanted to do was upgrade my iPhone and have my plan left alone.

Matthew K was an exceptional employee. I don't think I have ever received better customer service from AT&T than I did yesterday. He was compassionate, empathetic, considerate, and sympathetic. He answered every single one of my questions, and left me feeling safe and secure in being a loyal AT&T customer. This man deserves Recognition from your company because his vibe puts people at ease in some of the toughest situations or complicated tasks.

Was not impressed with my first service there due to buying a sim card that was not checked/compatible with my Foreign Phone.Returned and complained about this,spoke with the manager who was sympathetic,who sold me a phone( with a great price) for use only in the USA.Took the phone home only to find no "C" Adaptor was included,so had to go back and buy one.Was told eventually all devices will beC,in most Countries the charger is included in the Purchase.

I was at your Windward Mall AT&T store on Saturday, July 29, and your two employees Saleem & Matt are my two new friends for life! I had a very complicated issue of transferring sentimental pics/videos from 2016 to current year, from an outdated android to an iphone (which belonged to my 30 yr old son, Tautua, who passed away last Oct & we had no idea what his passwords were). These pics and videos are sweet memories of my son & his kids. Saleem was able to do it - he just kept at it! He probably sensed the desperation and heartbreak of this mom/customer. God bless his loving heart & compassion. I thank him for his kindness & patience - he could've easily brushed me aside with a sorry, you'll have to use your laptop. Every business should have employees like Saleem & Matt, who serve with aloha! And if you ever find yourself at Windward Mall, just around the Cookie Corner & Starbucks, please stop by AT&T to see Saleem & Matt, drop off some cookies and buy your iphone 15!

As a new client trying to start a new service I was nervous about the process and had no knowledge prior to entering the store . I’m very pleased to say that both service representatives that assisted me were very nice and helpful and they made sure that along the way I was informed of every step with very effective communication. Very pleased with the two ladies Mel and Nanea at the Kaneohe store Oahu Hawaii . There were some complications that arose that were out of their control but they helped me work everything out and I was able to activate my service . Extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and customer care that I was given and I look forward to continuing to work with them along my journey with AT&T

We only waited a little over 5 minutes. Then May was very helpful. He answered all of our questions Then he let us know about the protection for the phone, which we wanted. Then he told us that the Family plan of protection was only going to be a little more. Then he made sure the phone was on and ready to go before we left. All in all we had great service!

Made a mistake on the service from Matt in the store. His service was very satisfactory please disregard the 1 for service in the survey. Matt was very professional. Thank you Matt at the windward mall store. He even put on my glass protector and gave me some deals that was for being a customer. A-1 service from brother Matt
