I don’t usually leave reviews but I went to the Kaneohe location to see their inventory and the older lady rudely greeted us and asked us basically what we wanted as they were closing in 30 minutes. She let us look around but made it seem like we were a bother as they were trying to leave early. She also kept trying to redirect us to a different store location as if we were tourists. Too bad this was my first experience, I won’t be returning to this location for my jewelry pieces. She definitely needs to improve her customer service.

I order pearls from Aloha Pearls and NEVER recieved anything. I called the store two days in a row, and have been given no information about my pearls nor the money I spent. This company cannot be trusted. I lost my hard earned money and this company has made ZERO effort to send me my purchased pearls. I also reached out by email and and have not heard back. STAY AWAY from this company. The customer service is a nightmare and you will never receive your package nor be issued a refund. I am going to look into how to file against this thieving company. If you are like me; meaning you word hard for your money then BE CAREFUL, Aloha Pearls will not deliver customer service, your package, nor issue a refund. In the end they (Aloha Pearls) are the only winners. I hope people will learn from my disgusting experience with Aloha Pearls; they are a disgrace.... Read More

The tour was wonderful! Loved seeing all the grounds with fresh fruits, native plants, and historical information by a very entertaining tour guide. Best part was the fresh bananas given at the end. Made for great snacks the rest of the day. Yes, do visit this tropical place!!!
