I drive an old 1998 Nissan truck and live on the Windward where the air is very salty and causes a lot of rust. The rust grew under the front windshield and touched the edge of the glass which caused a long crack. I made arrangements with Ace to come to my home and remove the glass so I could repair the rust. Then Ace came out a week later and installed the new windshield. Richard is very fast when removing and installing the windshield.Very happy with the service and staff. This was the 5th time I used this company and will continue using them.

Nothing against your business, but living in Hawaii is already expensive. This post is to help the average family save money on an unplanned cost. My car is working perfectly fine and I spent $500 less than I would have with your company.

Did not go to Ace but had some work done at Jiffy lube. 1st up is Jasmine, she had a warm greeting and attentive service. Very accommodating. Then there's Julian, he was focused and engaged in what he was doing, helpful, professional and efficient! He paid attention to detail he all he did. Awesome crew! Thank you guys, for choosing to be employed!

Very disappointed, we had a scheduled time drop off our vehicle and went home. Just as we got home they called and stated we needed to cone back and pick up our vehicle because they have the wrong glass. We needed to reschedule because they have to order the correct glass. What kind of business are they running.......
