My husband bought me a 2 year membership through Costco a while back. The guy at the Kaneohe 24 Hour Fitness signed me up and I started going every day for about a week. That's when a different guy pulled me off the floor for having a "problem" with my membership. The first guy wasn't supposed to do the paperwork the way he did so my membership was cancelled.
There was an issue with Costco because they weren't supposed to sell those vouchers here in Hawaii. No worries, right? They'll help me figure it out. Nope.
I spoke with dozens of people in locations here and on the mainland for months. Since the membership was "cancelled" their hands were tied. No membership. No reimbursement. Not even a guest pass for a free week after the countless hours spent dealing with their terrible ineptitude. I cannot coherently express how disappointing my interactions with them have been.

Customer services isn't the best especially when you are waiting for a phone called to buy year plan pass. I went to the gym to buy pass at night. Due to their membership being down, I wasn't able to pay for it. Two guys told me that they would Called me back by 8 am tomorrow or 9 pm. Since of them worked in the morning and other work at night. I waited for the call never received any call at 8 am. So, I waited for an hour, no call back. I ended up calling the 24 hr fitness. Someone picked told me , if they can called me back. I said okay. Waited for 2 hours, no call back at all. I went called the place and told it's still down their machine. That they will call me back but I can go gym still. Keep in mind didnt receive any phone call later that day. One month passed no called from them, but their 24 hr fitness support called saying I own. I told I can't do anything if their machine that I understand that I have to paid but waiting on them. I told their support customer that I will go in person. I lefted complaint to sales associate. I went to the gym , same sales associate that i lefted complain. End up asking if there's something else happened? Beside that? I think it's rude and your sales associate makes sound that I am being unreasonable or one of those who complains little things. Only time I will complain if you aint doing what you claimed that you will do for Customer services.

The GM Matt was able to help me with some long standing issues regarding the admin side of the club, very helpful, straight up and professional. People that care understand business.

This is one of the cleanest 24 hour fitness gyms I have been to! And the weights were in order on almost everything, very impressed! Customer service at this location was the best ever! Shout out to Tom who was very welcoming, attentive and supportive during all my late night work outs, if I am ever on the windward side, this is my go to to work out spot.

The gym in general is filthy which is a large concern to health and safety. There’s little to no sanitation I see happening actively on the floor on members behalf and the staff. With layers of sweat and dirt on each piece of equipment and an infestation of black mold I am no longer attending this gym. I have been going to this gym since I was 2 years old, never remember it being this nasty. What happened to members being required to bring a sweat towel, or enforcing simply sanitizing after yourself? Also following a clean dress code? It should not be allowed to have men in used construction clothing working out and people with the private parts borderline tea bagging the machines..I am a 21 year old girl and just want to be able to sit down without being soaked with a 50 year old man’s pool of sweat.

???Although I haven't went to the gym over a year partly because of not being able to make it because of work, and around 3 days ago, it's Sept 11, Monday 2023, an acquaintance told me it's open 24/7 I was upbeat as it's been closing at 11 pm which isn't bad but for.ones that can't get there by 10 pm meant no exercise using the great equipment they have there. They reopen in 6 hours at 5 am still wasn't good enough for me...BUT IT'S BACK ??TO IT'S APPROPRIATE NAME CALLED THE 24 HOUR FITNESS ❗

People enjoy staying in the strength area, but the waiting time can be over 20 minutes . Also limited equipment availability. One positive aspect is that it has the largest restroom-to-space ratio I've seen, comparable to one in Hawaii.

Absolute worst gym in Hawaii. The entire gym feels like a sauna due to the poor AC. Most machines have problems and the grips are always being replaced with cheap/flimsy rubber that spins in your hands when you try and hold onto them. There's at least a minimum wait time of 10 minutes per machine since most people don't have any etiquette and walk away from their machines to talk to other people while others are clearly waiting. By far the most crowded location I've ever been to. It literally feels more and more packed every day. Will never return again. I recommend UFC or anytime fitness for those on the windward side. It may cost more but definitely worth it since this place is a pos.

AC broken frequent. There's always issues here with equipment, (not being open 24hours even though that's their selling point), just too many issues to list. Really disappointed, this used to be a second home pre-work. Now it's just a deterrent. I either head to 24PC or UFC kailua.

I love mostly everything about our hometown gym except for the fact that it is no longer 24 hour fitness. me being an older member I like to come when there's not a 17-year-old kid putting 315 in the air like he just don't care lol. so going back to 24 hour fitness here would be awesome. other than that, great spot. great gym! great staff!
