Really cute shop! Lots of nice swim, dresses, and coverup options, and a little kid section (my daughter and I got matching swimsuits!)! The girls working were really sweet and helpful.

Saw some beautiful clothing in this store, wanted to look for a gift. Shopped around for a bit. Felt offended and felt like my money wasn't worthy. Associate working. Just stared. Was never greeted or even acknowledge. Even when i went close register. Associate greeted Caucasian that walked in immediately. Didn't even finish shopping, just walked out.

Salt + Sea is the BEST place to get your suit on the southside! Not to mention all the cute accessories to go with. I adore the ladies who work there. They are so friendly and helpful! By far one of my favorite boutiques on Kaua’i!

I thoroughly enjoy shopping with Maile and her staff at Salt and Sea Boutique. Either online or in person it is always a very pleasurable and easy. The selection is fresh and cutting edge. Wonderful customer service! Mine was an on line order, but I had to call to ask questions about the item prior to ordering. They were so helpful!! Went waaaay over the call of duty. Measurements and pics of the item were sent to me. So sweet of them. Highly recommend and I love my dress. Aloha Salt & Sea!

Absolute favorite store in Poipu, staff was super helpful. I wish I got the girls name that was working yesterday. But Everytime I go in she is so sweet and helpful! Got a suit for everyone in the family yesterday.

Such a cute boutique with amazing service. We came in and were immediately greeted by Kim. She had great recommendations and was a kind and genuine soul. All the products I bought I loved. It was our last night in Kaua’i and the experience at this shop was a great ending ?

absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service, i cannot stress this enough. i love & support local businesses & boutiques almost exclusively. my first & last purchase from this shop appeared to be mis-sized and had a sewing defect. i contacted customer support and a month went by without hearing anything. i wanted to send the item back so i looked up their address and paid to mail the item back to them. the package was refused/returned to sender. i reached out to support again & was told that they couldn’t accept a return. i explained the item seemed to be incorrectly sized as i’m familiar with the brand & there was no size from the company on the garment. i took photos. i also took a photo of the sewing flaw. they requested more photos which i provided— at this point we had emailed back and forth about 20 times. they didn’t respond to some of my emails for several days. i repeatedly requested a return label. after about the 100th email, they just said “no” bc “store policy” despite the strange circumstances & photo evidence i provided. i don’t understand why they made me go through all of that effort just to say no. maybe they’re so desperate to hold onto a $100 purchase bc people don’t want to shop with them, which i can see from a lot of other reviews on google & facebook. i truly hope you treat future customers better & if you reply to this, DO NOT MENTION ME BY NAME. i have not mentioned any of your employees by name.

Terrible experience with this store. I placed an online order.. they emailed me that the item I purchased was “stolen”.. they suggested a different item.I decided to return the rest of my order. The return was denied because the items were “discounted”. Their website does state no returns on sale items. However, the the items I purchased were NOT on sale. I reached out to them and did not get a reply.They also changed their return policy right after this incident. Very shady.
