“Simple but goodness it has everything you need in a gym. Mostly locals. Everyone very kind. I have gone three times while in Kauai and would recommend to those in need of a quality gym experience.”
“Amazing facility overall. The locker rooms are so well kept and there’s mostly been plenty of seating available too. The cabana food is amazing and affordable. The pool is also really fun for kids and adults with there being a slide!”
