“Amazing facility overall. The locker rooms are so well kept and there’s mostly been plenty of seating available too. The cabana food is amazing and affordable. The pool is also really fun for kids and adults with there being a slide!”

“Great variety of equipment. Refrigerated water fountain, bathrooms with warm showers, kind staff, fans in each room, and an easy check in process. As of this date, they are the only gym on Kauai that participates in the Alohacare/Quest "Active And Fit" program which allows the insurance company to pay for your membership if you have a medical need for it. I have lost 17 pounds since joining and changing my diet. I can't think of a single area they could improve upon. They covered all the bases! Even a scale! ??”

“Visited while on vacation. The instructors were great. The facility is a cool converted gas station. Very clean and nice. The other students were super friendly. Seems like they have built a really positive community and culture.”
