They did a great job cleaning my daughter's car. It was a mess, inside and out. After they were done the car smelled great and looked great. He worked hard to get the gunk off the hood and then put a protective coat on the paint. I will definitely use them again.

2nd time we've gone to Zippy Klean in Kona, Hawai'i. Our job was interior, exterior cleaning plus ceramic-coat for our Tesla Y. Overall, an excellent job with small exception that compartments in Trunk and Frunk of our Tesla were not cleaned. Not a big deal, but after being assured they were familiar with Tesla vehicles, it was a small disappointment. Overall, YES, we would go back with more careful instructions to the tech.

The detailing was good, but not good enough to make me feel satisfied with the overall experience. I chose to have 2 cars done at my home and the man who came was very rude/condescending and made me uncomfortable. I also accidentally saw a text thread on his phone that was left face up. Let’s just say some unkind and misogynistic things were said. I was hesitant to write this review because I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, I was left with a bad feeling that has stuck with me to this day, over a month later.

I asked for interior detail and extract the seats Paid $290 for this including tip… I’m not a professional detailer but I work on cars for living. First thing I notice when I hop in my car there’s still dust in the cluster and then looked more around look like all they did was just spray it with interior stuff, doesn’t look like they scrub it. Dog hair in the backseat don’t know if they even bother brushing it look like they just vacuum and done. I feel like if you have a detailing business they should have all the proper tools. Like I said I’m not a professional detailer but I have a $15 brush dog hair remover that works better than whatever they using. I’m really pissed that I paid $290 for this when I could’ve done better but I just don’t have time and that’s why I went to them for detail.
