We had a really really bad experience with this guy. We were looking for a FULLY electric bed for our disabled daughter of 14 years old. He advertised a fully electric hospital bed. We called him and explained why we needed a bed like that, and emphasized that we particularly needed the high-low function. We asked if everything was working properly. His answer was "yes, everything is working properly, I checked it". So we rented a trailer for $50 and went over there to buy the bed for $500. When we got home it turned out the high-low function of the bed did not work, so we called him immediately. At first he said he was willing to pay the bill for the repair. So we looked for the cheapest way to fix it. We spent many, many hours on the phone with technicians and searching the internet. It would cost around $ 300,- so we called him to tell him that. Then he wasn't so kind anymore and told us he had never said he would pay for the repair and that we had to pay for it ourselves. We said that he had said that everything worked properly, and that this was not true, so we asked if we could return the bed and if we could get reimbursed. His answer was 'no way'. When we repeated that he had said all functions of the bed were working properly, his only response was that we should take him to court and sew him, after which he hung up on us.This very unreliable and untrustworthy guy is making money on our disabled daughter's back. He should be ashamed of himself. He damages the Hawaiian people's reputation of being kind and helpful.

Bought a 2013 Honda Civic with 38000 miles. Basically a new car. After a week of driving it there was a minor problem which they gladly were willing to fix and pay for. They were extremely nice and fair. Probly the best car I've ever owned and some of the most honest mechanics I've encountered. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Mahalo.

I needed a car! Tired of hiking around Kailua for groceries, essentials; suffering an occassional LYFT cost & no sight of vehicle from CA ... with true "girl determination", I explored different used car venues - Wolfe's Works cropped up on my FB craigslist w link to Craigslist. I had my budget & knew what I needed. Always leary of possible used "auction cars" I couldn't believe the low mileage Honda Accord sedan was w/in my budget pictured on Wolfe's ad. Even crazier was all vehicles advertised has the vin # (wow he let's us Carfax if necessary?) was w ad? Could this be legit?! It was, Mr. Wolfe works hands on with his vehicles, fairly priced, he steered me right. When acquiring my insurance a Carfax was done: strongest advice was "possibly needs an oil change" confirming all Wolfe claimed! This was a solid vehicle, low mileage, everything worked, Mr. Wolfe was the real thing! And the price was perfect. I rarely come across such candidness & no nonsense work quality by an independent dealer - I'm even more grateful when my paperwork was stolen (story for another time!) & had to seek Mr Wolfe with more work. He was real, inconvenienced, he thawed & authenticity shined thru. Wolfe Works on Kapaa Quarry Rd is just that AUTHENTIC - no B.S., no sales pitch no flashy signs instead I got an honest, solid deal with an honest solid dealer who I will trust with all used car needs in the future. He's the real thing - an outstanding price for a solid car, honest customer service and treated fairly - even for a girl!. Mahalo Mr Wolfe, I hope more Kailua residents benefit as I have!

First of all - please disregard the negative reviews about this place of business as well as the bad words about the person who owns it by the name of Marshall. Totally unfair and not warranted. If you want to pay retail inflated car prices, then go to a dealer. If you want a fair and good deal on a used car and you are open minded and need honesty about the car you are looking at, then this is the place. We own a business of our own and were very skeptical about driving out to "dump road" to visit Wolfe's Motors. We have not driven into the industrial area ever and only to the RC airfield and to dump our trash so we thought "sketchy".... but a lot has been done lately to accommodate some reputable businesses who operate there like: Kamanu Fiberglass Works who make world recognized canoes, Bali Boo - well known furnishings, stone cutters and many more who seek reasonable warehouse and fabrication shop space. This new developed area is far more immaculate and clean than the Kakaako Industrial area. We were first convinced to deal with Marshall because he was very kind and informative on the phone about the Nissan Leaf that we were interested in. He was totally upfront and consistent about the details on the car. The price was below other cars in the same category and year but he was upfront that some of his cars were bought at auction and were first scrutinized for being mechanically safe and then bought by his company and cleaned up cosmetically. Our son's friend understands the car auction process and told us there are a lot of great cars there and if you know cars you can find great deals on many that are just cosmetically ugly and just need body work. Many car dealerships also buy cars from this place locally and sell them on their lots heavily inflated or a loss leaders in ads to get people out to their locations. So that basically is what Marshall does. He finds great cars and then does body work on them - but he is not the typical hatchet auto body place that just does minimal work for first glance appearance. His shop does beautiful work on cars as he is an artist and takes pride in what he does. He is and old school kind of guy, lives in Waimanalo and very ethical and honest. Takes time with you and not pushy at all. We were surprised by his manner - shared a lot of interesting stories. Marshall answered each and every one of our countless never ending questions we threw at him without any defensive attitude or tone. Try and find that even at a new car dealership? The last car we bought new was an arm wrestle and so fatiguing let alone intimidating. Bottom line, if you are willing to think out of the box and trust someone, go to this place and see the owner Marshall. But go with the attitude that you are buying a car that is used, will have some cosmetic issues, but at least will be something at a much higher level of quality than going to your typical used car lot that is heavily inflated with hidden problems and then be prepared for the sales pitch and pressure. It's a nice drive and Marshall is a great guy with tons of experience and knowledge. Take a risk - anytime you buy any car new or used it will be a risk, but at the price you will pay at Wolfe's Motors is worth the drive. Mahalo Marshall for being: real, kind, patient and most of all honest and upfront! Paul, Anna and Shaun Goo

They’re extremely disrespectful. Just look at their reviews on yelp.

The most disrespectful interaction I've ever had with a dealership. Called inquiring about a car and wanted to know about the history on it. Told me they don't "waste their money on $1,500 cars" so safe to say I'm sure they don't waste their money on any car history and you shouldn't purchase a vehicle from here. Thankful for whoever answered the phone and was so awful because it saved me money and probably my life. (Read the non recommended reviews)

DO NOT GO AND BUY YOUR CAR HERE VERY Rude ,disrespectful and very unprofessional..Answers the phone very kindly even says gods bless but opposite in person place looks like a junkyard and chop shop I would never trust buying a car that has been pieced together from junk
