I DO NOT RECOMMEND WINDWARD FORD FOR SERVICE.I brought my 2022 F250 on 11/2 then I had to rent a car because they were too busy. I came in because the engine light came on. I was charged $225 for the diagnostic which you have been waved since the gas cap apparently is defective. The service manager Devin wanted nothing to do with it... I will never step foot in this dealership, extremely bad customer service especially when I just spent $1000 for the 25K service. You lost my business, I hope many people can read this and take their business elsewhere. Good going Devin after spending 83K on my truck. Keep that $225, it will cost you a lot more in the long run. So long, no Aloha!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND WINDWARD FORD FOR A USED CAR PURCHASE. The Finance manager engages in highly deceptive tactics. The whole team is Very shady and are involved with this total scam of a dealership. They are counting on the customer who is feeling pressured or in a hurry to not notice that they are adding literally thousands of dollars to the amount they are trying to get you to finance. Mr. McKenna is probably rolling in his grave. If you need a Ford, we've had good experiences at the Ford Aiea. We went to Servco Toyota in Honolulu and were treated with respect, honesty and most importantly, transparency.

Does not accept ford z plan for retired ford workers on new ford bronco suv. Great way to treat the people that built these vehiclesI have no conflict with this dealer just a potential car buyer that was denied a discount that my family is entitled to by the salesman so no sale . This is my personal review of attempted car purchase.

Nope! Don't do it and you if still want to just go elsewhere. I traded my Rav in for a new 2022 Bronco and although I love the Bronco, it was the worst car buying experience we've ever had and I'll tell you why. I should've noticed the first red flag from the salesman not knowing much about the vehicles in general, when we were asking questions he couldn't answer or he'd attention to the vehicle sticker. Overall he was super nice and easy to work with. We spent over 4 hours there most of the time waiting for the business manger Don to get us in for paperwork. We waited longer because we were told he messed up on our paperwork but corrected it. WELL not after a full week of having the car Don was hounding us every other week because the vin # on my car didn't match ALL of the paperwork we signed. Each time he called or emailed asking for us to sign and return a new doc, he said it was the last. I have so many texts and emails. I've had the Bronco since the beginning of April and the most recent time Don text me was 2 weeks ago on a random Saturday night saying I needed to do this and call that number bc my Rav still wasn't completely paid off yet and it will hurt my credit. EXCUSE ME WHAT? When I finally let him know this entire situation since leaving the lot hindered my joy and just ruined the excitement of buying a new Bronco he wasn't sorry and when my husband called him the next day he said there was nothing he could do "his hands were were tied" and gave him the number to the GM who to no surprise has not returned our call. Very unprofessional all around, if i could go back and keep the Rav I would bc I rather spend my money elsewhere.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! My Wife's Lincoln had a no start concern yesterday evening. Had vehicle towed to Windward Ford after closing time. Sales staff kept the front entrance open after hours just for us to drop vehicle off. JR (Service Manager) called me mid afternoon to let me know vehicle is repaired and ready to pick up. Since I couldn't make it there before closing time, JR parked vehicle just outside sales department and just picked it up at 6:15pm. Keep in mind no appointment and the AWESOME Team got my Wife's vehicle done in between their already scheduled appointments. Mahalo Nui Windward Ford you guys are THE BEST. Recommend everyone to visit Windward Ford for all your Service needs and New or Used vehicles.
