Delivery keeps putting a sticker on my neighbor's door "Sorry we missed you." for my packages. My neighbor is always home. The delivery driver never even rang the doorbell to the neighbor! Also, I was home.

Paid for next day air shipping they said it would be delivered saturday. Turns out the employee didnt know their policies which is that they dont deliver weekends. They cant just have it picked up at the ups store where it was left in maui. They need to process things and have me wait another day before i can pick up the package. Their customer service line cant do anything because each ups store is individually run. I cant get a refund for my shipping because of policy. Yea not using them again.

The customer service at the Kailua, O’ahu store is outstanding! As someone who uses the UPS store for printing large amounts, they are so helpful! When we encountered an online printing issue, Brenda was eager to fix the issue. They are a great team under her and we are thankful for their aloha and courtesy to fix the printing error. We will continue to get our printing needs at the Kailua UPS store.

There is a young person that works here that has a very poor attitude towards customers. Appears to enjoy giving bad news. She’s also unhelpful. I missed a drop off with signature at my house and she told me there was nothing I could do but come back tomorrow. I happened to see a UPS truck on the way home, asked the driver about it and he said if I call UPS they may attempt to redeliver. Called, they delivered 30 min later.

$18.00 for a 24”X18”X18” box for an Amazon return. I came in with an Amazon return. I also have a physical disability making it extremely difficult for me to lift or carry items over 5lbs. I came in to return an item that was heavy for me. They said I needed a box and that I would have to pay $18.00 ($16 for a box and an additional $2 for the 12 inches of tape it takes to secure the box). In the past 3 years returning many items to Amazon via UPS I have always brought the return item in without the box and that’s why I choose the UPS return option. I explained it was already physically difficult enough for me to get the return item over to UPS and asked if there were any other options. They said that was the only option unless I wanted to take the return item back home and find my own box and bring it back to them. (This would be very physically difficult for me as someone with a spine related disability, and they knew this because I came in wearing my neck brace and I explained to them how carrying items over 5 lbs is very difficult for me and this would be too hard for me). They did not have empathy; so I really had no choice but to pay their $18 for a small box in order to return my Amazon item. Not sure why this location is so incredibly overpriced.

I own an online business and I ship a 14lb tool without batteries in a super heavy duty unmarked cardboard box via UPS or USPS. Have shipped hundreds in the past 10 years and never had an issue , except at this location, Kailua UPS on Hekili St. An employee named James Lee was always looking for a reason to reject my package. Recently, he came up with a new one, telling me that I needed to put my already boxed package in another shipping box or he won’t accept it.
I asked to see the shipping policy but he was just rude and uncooperative. I spent $45 for a shipping label and he refused to accept it, he does not care that his boss was not making any money on this. He just wants to go on some bizarre power trip, worse yet the manager lady backed him up. God help us if he ever finds a job at the DMV or TSA.
I called UPS customer service and was told there is NO SUCH POLICY! I took 2 of these packages to Manoa UPS the next day and they were happy to take them.No questions asked!
To the owner, I am a retired small businessman that had a lot of employees, and I can tell you somebody like this will destroy your business one day. Good luck! I’m taking my business elsewhere where I am welcomed.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

We had a rather large copy and binding job that was needed in a bit of a rush for a family function. Super friendly. Accommodated us at the last minute and did a great job.

Had my notary appointment cancelled a couple days before. When I called to reschedule, I was told to reschedule online. When I expressed my concern that the appointment would be cancelled again, I was reassured it was a one-time occurrence. The only new appointment options were three weeks out. Three weeks later, I leave work early to be at my scheduled appointment time, only to be told that the notary person was not even present, and that do not take appointments (despite me being explicitly told to make an appointment). I was told they only take walk ins from 11-1 (though I was there within that timeframe and the notary was still not there. Extremely, frustrating to take time off work for an appointment that wasn’t respected.

Terrible terrible business. I call and they put me on hold for 20 minutes then just hang up. I’ve been hung up on multiple times now. People in store are also rude and not helpful.

I dread returning anything to this UPS store. There has never been a return that is simple or without some type of problem. Most of the time I have to return I have to return one to two more times after my initial visit. I called Amazon recently to put in a complaint. I asked them if there's anyway to know before making a purchase that if I return it...that it will be UPS.. I have to use. They said they don't have that information prior to purchase. If I have a problem again with my next returns I am calling Amazon again to complain about this location. The staff at this location is unfriendly and generally not helpful and always make it a difficult process. I think they are unhappy to deal with Amazon returns in general. Dealing with Whole Foods is so much easier!

Screwed up my print order multiple times. I've been coming here for years and they suddenly can't do it right, despite my patience in accommodating THEIR schedule. Waste of money and time.

I go to the Kailua Ups Store for my needs. Everlne has always
