I heard about the Cat's Meow Inn from a super close friend of mine who knew the owners when they were still operating their cat cafe, it was gonna be the first time leaving my cat baby without any immediate family for a long period of time. I was super hesitant and scared to leave him alone but after just one phone call with Heather I knew my Mochi would be in absolute great hands. Heather is amazing at her job and she made the process super easy for a first timer like me!! I expressed all my concerns about my cats behavior and also things like being away from him for so long and Heather reassured me that he too would be getting the vacation he deserves at AN ALL CAT boarding with 24 hour care and company.She provided absolute comfort for my silly boy with his own personal lodging, mouse and lizard tv, and full time care all for just $25 a night. They even do pick up and drop offs free of charge and send pictures of your fur baby while on your trip for updates. I attached some of the images I received, she's so passionate about her job and these kitties and really does her best to ensure your cat is enjoying their stay a the four seasons for felines. I will definitely be contacting her again for mochi's next kitty vacation!!! Thank you so much again, you folks rock and deserve every single star when it comes to 5 star ratings!!! ❤️?

I am so glad I booked with The Cat's Meow Inn. I was worried because it was last minute that I had to find somewhere to board my 2 cats but thankfully Heather had an opening. I love how thorough her instructions are and her requirements for boarding. I had an issue with my vet and Heather took it upon herself to talk to the vet on my behalf. Above and beyond service. She really has the best interest of her clients both humans and of course cats. They offer drop off and pick up done by her Husband Jamie which is super convenient especially after coming back after a long vacation. When it says 24 hours, she means it. I received text updates during my trip at all hours (she had asked permission first!) about both my cats. They even returned with a gift! I will definitely be booking with The Cat's Meow Inn again and again and especially for the price! It cannot be beat. Thanks again Heather and Jamie! -Pixie and Bella's Mom

I am so glad that I found Cats Meow Inn.They took a very good care of my baby Kyubi while we were on two week vacation.I have nothing but gratitude and love for them.I totally appreciate Heather for taking her time speaking to me about their service, her other business (with cats) and experiences. That made me feel so comfortable deciding to have my Kyubi taken care by them.They picked him up / drop him off along my schedule. What kind of boarding service do that?!Heather was keeping in touch and send pics of my baby cat every couple of days. I totally gave me peace of mind for sure.He was entertained by bird and gecko videos while his stay, and got some TLC!I also love the fact that it is 24 hour service and Heather was so attentive with me at all times. To me, that makes a big difference from the other services.Thank you so much Heather and Jamie!I will be coming back to you every time we are in need.

Heather and Jamie at the Cats Meow Inn are incredible to say the least! Attentive, loving, professional and truly the nicest couple. My fur babies were taken care from the firstmoment they were picked up by the free pick up and drop off service that you do not find anywhere else. Their every need was catered to from having music played and TV to watch to sleeping in a four poster bed. I wish I could sleep in one of those! The feeding schedule was just as I feed them. So they were not stressed by a different routine.The rates of $25 a night is also unheard of! But, price was not my main reason for choosing them. It was the 24 hours a day service. This gave me peace of mind that my kids were secure and safe at all times.I got regular updates and photos during my time away.I just hope next time I need to leave that Heather will be able to accommodate my babies.Thank you Heather and Jamie you truly are Angels.I wish you all the best for the future and hope to see you again soon.Mahalo,Janet

We are so grateful and delighted to have found Heather and Jamie at the cat's meow inn! Their attention to every kitty that comes to their deluxe care center is amazing. They have someone on site 24 hours a day to make sure the cats are safe.This is a cats only care service. No dogs barking or in close proximity cages. Even though it is premiere care service the prices are insanely low, and haven't changed in the entire 8 years they have been in business. The service value and total piece of mind for your fur babies is worth way more, in my opinion. There is nowhere else we would have our cats stay.

Heather was great she works so hard to ensure the best experience for your cat. I was updated of their progress with pics and felt very comfortable leaving my fur babies with her. Thank you for all you do FYI the beds are super comfy!!!!

Heather and Jamie took wonderful care of my cats, I can’t thank them enough! From picking up/dropping off they made everything super easy for me, and gave me such peace of mind knowing my babies were being loved and played with instead of locked in a kennel. The best kitty care I could’ve possibly hoped for! I really appreciate that they don’t charge you an arm and a leg too ? I would 1000% recommended the cats meow inn to anyone looking for the same love and attention your cats get when you are home!! They get their own space with bird&gecko tv, spa music, and 24/7 care. My kitties returned home relaxed and happy to see me! I couldn’t be happier ?

I highly recommend The Cats Meow Inn. Not only is the price extremely affordable compared to other cat boarding services on the island, they are extremely committed to delivering the best service possible. The business owner, Heather, was very friendly and reassured me that my kitten was in good hands. She often kept in touch with me, and explained the pre-boarding requirements very well, so that it was easy to understand. I was often sent pictures of my kitten, which gave me peace of mind throughout my trip. When my Kitten came home she was very happy, and was even gifted a new toy and some treats to come home with. I 100% will let my kitten stay with Aunty Heather again at the “Four Seasons for Felines”!

I can't express how great of a service The Cat's Meow Inn provided! The owner Heather and her husband Jaime were beyond amazing and so helpful with getting my cat boarded. Heather even went above and beyond to assist with my vet and was so patient with me while I got everything ready. Not only are they open 24 hours, her rate was cheaper than anywhere else!! A few other places I called would've charged almost double of Heather's rate and my baby would've been stuck in a cage all day with barking dogs nearby. I got pictures and updates regularly and felt so comfortable my entire trip that my kitty was well taken care of!! My cat, Prince, looked so happy in his luxury kitty accommodations. Save yourself some time calling around for accommodations and go straight to The Cat's Meow Inn for your kitty boarding. You will not be disappointed!!

I'm overdue posting this, but 5 stars to Heather and Jamie for sure! The communication and helpfulness from the start was amazing, and Heather was so patient when guiding me through the steps to get my cat ready for her stay. Heather sent pictures and updates while I was away, and my cat was healthy and happy when I got home and picked her up. Add in their low low prices and boom, five stars!

Heather, the owner of The Cat's Meow Inn often refers to her business as "The Four Seasons for Felines", and I'm here to tell you, I agree with her 100%!Our babies have absolutely loved staying with their Aunty Heather and Uncle Jamie since 2018. What's not to love? Plush, individual Kitty Condos? Four poster memory foam beds? Private individual playtime? Bird TV? Our kitties enjoy it all.As a cat dad, I love that they require their vaccines to be up to date, and that they need to be treated with the highest-grade flea medication. That way, they can ensure that our cats don't bring home unexpected stowaways.They also send regular updates and photos to let you know how your kitty is doing and they really brighten our day knowing that while we're traveling, they're enjoying their own kitty vacation!I was so happy they didn't have to shut their doors due to the pandemic, and to my surprise, they haven't raised their prices which were already super affordable, especially with the accommodations and round-the-clock care!So please, the next time you have to leave on a trip, forget the cold metal cages that you might find in a vet's office and check your kitty in to The Cat's Meow Inn! You (and your babies) will be glad you did!

I've been going to this cat hotel for almost a year already and will keep coming back! Heather and Jamie are amazing hosts and my cat always has a great time. Don't be alarmed with the 500+ 5 star reviews because they're all TRUE!! Her business does have minor requirements prior to acceptant which she clearly explains beforehand and it's easy to do. Shes very accommodating and very lenient when I have changes to my appointments. Love this place so much & there really is no other place like this on the island.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful The Cat’s Meow inn is! This is our 4th time boarding with them but this time around we had an additional kitty. There’s nowhere else and no one else I could entrust our cats to other than Heather. She truly treats your cats as if they were her own. We are so grateful to them for taking such good care of our babies, we also really appreciated the pics Heather sent us. If you are looking for a place to board your furbaby, look no further, this is the place! The cats meow inn is like a little kitty resort for them. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your cat is taken care of, that way you both can enjoy your vacation.

The Cats Meow Inn is the absolute best! Heather and Jamie are wonderful and my cat Baby was in such good care there! I got incredible picture updates, which I have attached below! The quality of care they give here is amazing and truly one of a kind! The cats here truly get the love and attention they deserve and are provided a wonderful 5 star vacation! I first boarded Baby there this past December and ever since they will be the number one on my list to take care of him when I travel!
