They no longer have a shop. Closed last year. Don’t call here for repairs

Don't even bother attempting to bring your car here. Service desk doesn't have a phone. Good luck trying to figure out when they are open. Hours online are incorrect.

Workers are extremely rude, they don't know a thing about customer service. I would not recommend going here. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere professional.

I needed a safety inspection by the end of the month, but everyone was booked out for weeks. I found out that several places in the Kailua/Kaneohe area either lost their inspectors or their license so make sure you book way in advance! Luckily the guys at Texaco 'Aikahi offered to keep my car on the lot for a 'work in'. Long story short, they did my inspection within 24 hours. I even received the call after my working hours - I'm a teacher - so that I wouldn't have to interrupt my time with my students. How thoughtful. Mahalo nui loa, Texaco 'Aikahi.

Very nice that they hang up when you try to call them. Let's all remember that during the pandemic when oil prices actually went negative and all the other gas stations dropped their prices accordingly, Aikahi Texaco maintained their high prices. Drive a few miles into Kailua, don't encourage this greed and disrespect for customers.

Stay away from this place. This people has 0 sense of urgency. They walk around and tell stories every 15 Minutes then they sit down for another 10 minutes to play games on the computer. Don't waste your time or money. There a million other places to get your safety or another kind of maintenance some.

Zero effort establishment!! Open door, offer the bare minimum in customer service whether it be from the cashier to the extremely rude and ignorant station mechanics, charge highly inflated pricing for everything from the gas to the gum, close doors and repeat. You folks are representative to a major company within a local community and you truly are horrible tenants of this local space. If you hate your work move you butts out and let folks with respect for their community run the place. Just Pig!

I have been a regular customer of this station for over 20 years. The service has deteriorated over the years. I called the other day to make an appointment for a safety check and the lady told me July 27. I politely asked her if that was the earliest. She hung up on me! I noticed some yelpers think it's a race issue. I think they are just plain rude to everyone. They don't understand that without customers they don't have a job. They are just ignorant people, how sad!

I’ve been in the service business for over 20 years and have never seen such horrible customer service from an auto service shop. Borderline discriminatory. Take your car service needs elsewhere.

Get your stuff elsewhere. I only bought smokeless tobacco and it was $3 more than anywhere else in town.

Vehicle inspections on motorcycle and truck were done here. Honest, fair priced, and satisfied with customer service

Made an appointment and came here for a safety inspection. They were very kind, quick and reasonably priced. Will make this my annual safety inspection go-to.

I can't speak to the complaint about the cashier, who has always treated us properly. I can say that the service technicians are competent, fair and professional. This is a AAA certified shop. I brought my BMW in because the error message warned of a parking lamp malfunction. Both parking lights were out. They checked it out, found that the socket for the bulbs was not making a good connection and, without getting some expensive BMW replacement parts, reworked the sockets so that the problem was fixed at nominal expense. On another car, they accurately diagnosed an air conditioner problem and repaired it for $100 less than the quote from another shop. They also did a brake replacement for me that worked out well. For general repairs that do not require the kind of specialized knowledge that only the car dealer or a brand specialist would have, this is a good place to be. Plus, AAA members get a 10% discount.

The only place that i have ever called where i could not even finish a short question. I called in regards to state inspections and as soon as i said motorcycle, the woman or child who answered the phone abruptly said no and hung up. Between the tone of her voice when helping a customer and the obvious rudeness, i will steer clear of this place even for gas. Would rather run out and push my vehicle somewhere else.

Brought our vehicle there to be diagnosed and repaired for no power. They told us it would be $1300 for six new coil packs including the installation. When we went to drive to work the day after picking up the vehicle it does the EXACT same thing. We brought it back to them and instead of trying to make it right by returning some of the unneeded labor costs they explained that their shop doesn't have the ability to fix our problem and we're SOL...Never bring your vehicle here, even if it's an emergency I wouldn't let them even look at it.
