Drive up is a joke. I placed an order at 5:30am … still wasn’t ready around 10am so I pulled up and asked how much longer.. she told me they didn’t even start my order yet n to wait another 4-5 hours ?.. kapolei & salt lake target could never.. so used to the quickness and professionalism of those locations. This is like the 3rd time having pick up order issues with Kailua.. cry lua ?

It's a beautiful and spacious store. And it wasn't crowded. Compared to the Ala Moana store, they had more products in stock.

Horrible Nightmare No Aloha Pick Up Service Worst In Town! if u think ur stuff is reserved NOPE. It's gone or they simply don't have it! SAVE urself some time and money go to Walmart u have been warned I ordered two rugs not even 24 hrs ago maybe like 12 hrs ago They don't have my two rugs I ordered not even one rug then u have to argue w them about where ur stuff is? Choose shipping choose Kapolei or Salt Lake but do not go to Kailua unless u want to be treated badly ignored not be helped sit there and look stupid while
teenagers watch u get mad and don't lift a finger to help U no manager no help no product but yet Target charged me $200 still pending I drive way out of my way couldn't be further out of my way and both my items aren't there left disappointed w nothing

Love this target compared to the other one on the Windward side. Much easier to navigate but way busier.
Always can find what I need here. My only complaint is that the bathrooms could use a good cleaning.

Target is the most reasonable store that we have here on the east side. The employees are always helpfully and I would consider Target a one stop shop with a great selection of a little bit of everything

The absolute must is a pepperoni pizza ? from Pizza Hut. Fat, hot and completely overpriced but still essential for me.
