Ryan from the Deli Department was so helpful. I called ahead of time so he could hold me meatloaf. When I got there he had them hot and ready for me in the oven!! He’s awesome

Generally we have good experiences here. Access to the customary daily goods is fairly consistent and specials can be cost-savers. Staff are typically helpful. Public restrooms not always carefully attended to.

We just did our second drive up order, perfect for Holidays especially since it's a new service and not many know yet. This time tried cold/frozen items. Ice cream still solid when we got home. Everything was A+++ perfect. Prompt delivery. No issues. As easy as the first order. This is a great service. Still no identifiable parking spots w/ signage that we saw. Maybe that will change with time but the app allows you to tell where your at via message. No issues both times. *** 1/5/24 - Signage for pick up orders is now up.

Your meat department manager needs to KNOCK IT OFF with trying to make a buck by selling the rotten Kama’ina Farms meats for 30% off. I get my hopes up every time then come home and open the package (not expired) and stinks up the whole kitchen with rotten meat smell. Last time it even happened with a sealed thing of ground beef 3 days before expiration. I can’t trust any meat from Safeway anymore and get our meats from Foodland instead.
