Absolutely delicious!! Seriously the BEST thin jerky there is out there, from the different flavor options, to the right amount of thinness to have that crunch in every bite...Jerky labs has perfected a master piece!! I got the adobo, garlic parm, ans korean bbq... All are sooooooo good! Stoked they have a pick up option and its in Kaneohe!!

Remember to get some for yourself, but be warned: order extra because it’s hard to stop eating it! We are blessed that Jerky Labs uses our sauce to make our favorite crispy jerky!

Best jerky in the world. Discovered them by accident on a trip to Hawaii, a few years back, and fell in love. Recent placed 3 different orders, and they were all filled and shipped within a week. It is just as awesome as I remember. Great flavors, and great quality. My only complaint is that I can't pick some up at my local 7-11.

Best crispy jerky around. I've been ordering from them since 2018. Loyal customer for life. Puna and his crew are the best. They even did special labels for my birthday one year and most recently they made custom labels for my son's 2nd birthday. Definitely worth trying.

Ordered online at the end of November and now at the end of December still have not received my confirmed order, with absolutely no communication from Jerky Labs. I have emailed them, called and left messages, messaged them via their social media accounts, and even visited what is supposed to be their physical location when Google says they're open. Nothing has worked. I'm out $100 and missed giving Xmas gifts to two special people. Still trying to figure out how to get my money refunded because I'm not going to let this go. Stay away from this business!

Puna from Jerky Labs got back to me after my emails, phone messages, messages via their social media, and even a visit out to Kailua on a day that their hours said they'd be there went unanswered. I initially put in my order on 11/26 with no communication until 12/28, and finally received my items on 12/31. She explained they were small business that had dealt with personal issues and COVID during the holiday season. She was understanding of my frustration and was willing to refund my money or fulfill my order within the week. I chose to get the items I ordered, though I did suggest that they update their customers as to delays even by posting it on their website and IG because to me, they fell off the face of the earth. Although I had initially said I'd pick up my order, they had it shipped to me for free, and it arrived by the end of the work week. In addition to my order of 2 sampler packs, they included 3 full-size packages of jerky chips. I truly appreciate the extra for my previous troubles and feel that they have genuinely acknowledged my concerns. Looking forward, I might still be hesitant to place an order with them during the holidays. It just might be better to find them at one of the craft fairs. But, I'd still be happy to give my business to a small local company.

This past Sunday, we were on our way to Lokahi Kailua Market and saw their pop up shop. Jerky Labs and Kanak Cracks Snacks share the same location. We met owner Kalani. He was mentioned that 1 bag is $10 but when you order online it is $12. My purchase was salt and vinegar. On Instagram, I won a giveaway and got 2 bags of pesto flavor. I loved the thin crisp pieces. Was gifted the Jerky Labs Variety Pack of medium 1oz bags for the holidays and enjoyed every single flavor of these delicious beef jerky crisps! They offer such a great variety of flavors - I'm impressed by each new flavor I try and I can't wait to try them all. Plus extra kudos for have some keto-friendly flavors! I have already placed two more orders for many large 2-2.5oz bags - they don't last long in my house. Great customer service, fast shipping to the mainland, and free shipping for orders over a minimum amount. Great gift to send to friends and family too - so thankful they were gifted to me! Haven't been able to make the journey back home to Hawaii due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Was really missing beef jerky crisps. So happy Jerky Labs is shipping to the mainland USA. Amazing flavors! Delicious and crunchy! I could eat a whole bag in 5 minutes, it's that good! Does anyone else get sad once a Jerky Labs bag is empty or is that just me? haha Thanks!

If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would. My husband happened to go to Kailua and he remembered I told him about trying Jerky labs. He picked up a few bags for us and I can't put them down. The flavors are on point and seasoned so well. I highly recommend this place for jerky and we have tried the "other" places that over charge for a smaller quantity and lack flavor. Thank you jerky labs for making such a wonderful yummy snack! We will be back for more!!

My thoughtful and generous sister gifted us with this. Then, whoopsy, all gone! Thanks to a useful tip in another review, I tried the Maple Sriracha and devoured the entire bag. The Korean BBQ is pretty good but the Seoul Creeper is way too hot for me.
