Very good shaved ice. It comes with vanilla ice cream on bottom. I got the natural fruit juices which were very good. They used a whole block of ice to make the large. It was fun to watch him make it. I highly recommend it.

I was skeptical of a shave ice place being in a clothing store. But it was quite good. Would definitely recommend if on this side of the island.

I had the pleasure of trying island snow while on vacation and it was absolutely fabulous. The only negative thing I have to say is that there isn't one in Michigan where I live.

Delicious shave ice, traditional or island style. Lots of flavors to choose from. Employees were kind and helpful to answer questions and explain options. Everyone was happy with their selections!

I asked the two guys at Kono BBQ what the best shave ice place was in Kailua. In unison, they both said, "Island Snow." OH yes! Totally!

Got size large with the natural flavors (Pog and Kula Strawberry) and ice cream with snow cap topping.Great location - close to da beach, so worth a stop on your way home. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of flavor. Can’t wait to get some more shaved ice here again soon ???

The employees for the shopping area with clothes should not be in retail. They do not greet you at all, they don't ask for help. You could stand in front of them and they would say nothing. I wanted to purchase some stickers but instead the worker placed the clothes in front of me and began folding and not saying a word. The employees making the shave ice are friendly and although the shave ice is not anything to rave about their customer service was great. Will not be returning.

My favorite spot for shave ice on the windward side. Their natural syrups are incredible! The vanilla has flecks of vanilla bean. I also highly recommend the lilikoi natural syrup. They have a ton of other flavors to choose from, as well. My kids always enjoy coming here and love picking out new flavor combos each time we visit.
