ElixRx is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used! Having lived in five different states, I can confidently say that Elix’s service is unmatched. They provide the personal touch of a small, neighborhood pharmacy while offering the resources and accessibility of a larger commercial pharmacy.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and I fill both mine and my dog’s prescriptions here with ease. The pharmacists go above and beyond, answering all of my questions and managing any prescription issues with providers. It’s a relief not to have to handle those concerns myself.
Jake, the owner, often enhances customer service by being available, and Courtney, one of the pharmacists, is incredibly knowledgeable and competent. She blew me away with how personable and caring she is, whether in person or over the phone. Britt is also always so kind and sweet—an absolute delight to be greeted by or work with over the phone!
The team at ElixRx is truly unmatched! They even offer the convenience of mailing your medications.

So nice to have a locally owned pharmacy here in Kailua. Family run, with kind and personal staff. These days, it's hard to find businesses with old school aloha spirit like this one. You can also get fishing gear and veterinarian prescriptions here too! If you've been waiting in long lines at CVS (a mainland company that ruined Longs Drugs), send your next prescription to Elix Rx!

Only place on Oahu that mixes prescription for your animal when low doses are required due to small size. Our dog was diagnosed with gall bladder issues. VERC advised us Elix Rx was the only pharmacy on the island that creates low doses for his ailment. They filled the prescription quickly and pick up was fast.

Very grateful to have found this pharmacy. We needed a very last minute prescription filled before we left the island and this was the only compounding pharmacy I could find that also appeared in my CA based doctor’s system. They were super fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

We have used ElixRx pharmacy many times for medications for our pets as prescribed by our veterinarian, and found them to be excellent. They have a very nice and helpful staff that communicate well, and provide efficient and fast service. Many times we have received same day service. They are very customer oriented.

These guys are really on the ball. I have to get a special medication for my dog here and calling in refills is just the greatest customer experience ever. I always get Brittany, and the minute I tell her my name and my dogs name, she immediately recites the medication name, dosage, and asks if she should charge my card on file, ending in XXXX. WOW. Just incredible service every time.

Best pharmacy ever. The staff is super friendly and Uber helpful. Which is hard to fine all days. You can tell they love what they do. They are efficient and reliable. Location is so convenient with plenty of parking right in the front. No long lines like going to CVS or other big pharmacy. You get personalized attention and friendly service. I will never go to another pharmacy ever again. Please try Elix rx!

Best compounding pharmacy in Hawaii. Was also great spot for Covid testing during the pandemic. And you can get fishing supplies!
